The home has a stylish, modern kitchen with stainless appliances and drip coffee, and is fully-equipped for whipping up meals day-to-day. The main floor has so much to offer with a living room with a 65” smart TV, a recreation room with foosball and air hockey tables, and a spacious office with a desk and printer. Plus, walk out back to the fenced-in yard with a patio and seating - perfect for lounging and enjoying the Colorado weather.
Upstairs, you can retreat to one of three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs with front-loading washer and dryer so you don’t have to haul clothes up and down the stairs!

Looking to recharge in the mountains? You’ll head South and then hop onto I-70W to experience breathtaking hikes and views in a little over an hour. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. You’re also within a couple of hours of Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Longmont and surrounding towns, the Rockies, and even Denver if you’re craving the hustle and bustle of the big city!
Getting Around:
The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Denver is South of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Denver and Colorado Springs to the South. Highway 119 takes you to Boulder and you can reach Lyons, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park via CO-66 W.
A car is recommended if you will be exploring the mountains. For those without a car, there is public transport with nearby bus stations, or Uber/Lyft to reach destinations in and around Longmont.
