**You will have boat dock access with kayaks and canoe, directly across the street! Our camp is an ideal location for bass fishermen/fisherwomen to access excellent locations and for sightseers alike, to take in and explore the different areas of Caddo Lake.
By water, we are about 6 miles from Uncertain. By land, Jefferson, TX is 25 miles away, Vivian, LA is 16 miles, Shreveport, LA is 45 miles, Marshall, TX is 45 miles and Atlanta, TX is 35 miles. Caddo Lake State Parker is 23 miles away by road.

Caddo get-away
Frog Town was an amazing experience for my family. The home is lovingly maintained and has everything you might need. The decor is so attractive and cozy. We spent so much time on the deck with the firepit and on the dock watching sunsets (gorgeous!) The owners are incredibly helpful and truly care about ensuring a great visit. Their genuine love of Caddo Lake is inspiring! They went above and beyond to make sure we could kayak off the property. The communication was super quick and easy. The recommendations were spit on.The perfect Vrbo hosts! I would definitely go back again!

This house was perfect for our stay. We even had an extra bedroom that was not used. It had a great location, the hosts were great, communicated a lot with us prior and during our stay, gave pointers on where to eat and shop in the area. They went above and beyond when they replaced the rotted out firepit overnight with a new one so we could use it during our stay and even gave us pointers on a local eagle that had roosted nearby that we were able to snag a picture of. The house was very welcoming and cozy, had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and bring our kids next time!!

Frog Town is simply amazing. All of the essentials are there and more! Recommend booking a boat tour with Steven. As a local, he has so much insight about the beautiful lake. Book it. You won’t be sorry. We are already planning a spring trip to visit again!

Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated cabin well stocked with nearly anything you might need - just like home. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood, and it was so nice to have use of the nearby boat dock. Beautiful welcome gift basket was awaiting when we arrived!

Great Owners and Wonderful house
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Frog Town. The owners Steven and Brandi were very nice and went above and beyond. The house was very clean and well prepared. Looking out over the lake from the pier/boathouse is a great experience. I really enjoyed the fishing and scenery of the area. Cant say enough about how nice and helpful Steven and Brandi were. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to Frog Town.

What an awesome stay
We had an amazing stay. We hung out in the boat dock at night fishing and enjoying ourselves. The owner moved boats around to allow us to use a stall. They were very welcoming and helped us at anytime we needed them. Very good spot to stay.

Great getaway!
FrogTown was a super cool weekend getaway for us. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was very cool inside which was great because we were there in the summer. The lake is beautiful and the fishing was great. The host(s) hospitality was unmatched by any other vrbo that I have been to. If I get a chance I will definitely be back! Thanks!

Home away from home on the lake
You can tell this home is loved and that makes it a super comfortable stay. The hosts are very friendly and provide everything you might need. We enjoyed dinner and the bonfire out on the deck. This is one of the best rental properties we've stayed in and would love to return.

Frog Town canoe trip
We booked this VRBO so we could bring our canoe to Caddo for the first time. We were attracted by the proximity to the lake and dock access. Everything about the place exceeded expectations! The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and communicative. The space was very clean and nicely decorated and maintained. They had gone the extra mile with special touches like a goody basket and having firewood ready to go in the fire pit. We very much enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Frog Town!

This camp was great, clean comfortably and welcoming. The decor was precious, and the quite peaceful mornings on the spacious deck with a cup of coffe was awesome. Great view of the lake and our host were very attentive to anything we needed. Frog Town was great and we will be back.

Photographers Paradise!
Our hosts, Brandi and Steven aka “Chip and Joanne of Caddo Lake” we’re literally the best hosts we’ve ever had! The cabin is decorated in modern farmhouse style, super clean and well stocked. The deck is surrounded by tress and a great view. We enjoyed drinking wine by the fire at the end of the day. We booked a private tour with Steven (they have a boat dock within a 100 yards of the house) and selected the mud boat over the pontoon since it was just the two of us. It was FANTASTIC and I highly recommend!! My husband is a photographer and this was perfect for both of us. Of course we loved Larry their dog who would stop by and check on us. We will be back!

Great Getaway
Frog Town was the perfect remote retreat! Brandi and Stephen have stocked their property more than any I have stayed at before - with lots of pantry items in case a need arises. Their love for Caddo Lake is contagious and their love for Frog Town is evident. Such a comfortable place with kayaks and a canoe to provide lots of water adventures. Made sure you take a private boat tour with Stephen to see all the mysteries and history of the steamboats.

Perfect getaway
We arrived at Frog Branch and had an easy check In process. Brandi had already reached out to make sure we didn’t have any questions and left a binder with all the ins and outs of the house. Everything was clean and spotless with a beautiful welcome basket. They had the house stocked with anything you might need, coffee/keurig, extra blankets, bathroom necessities, and everything to do some laundry. They got the kayaks ready for us to take out and adventure around the lake. We did some fishing, kayaking and explored the city of Historic Jefferson. Everything was relaxing and perfect.

Best VRBO we’ve ever rented
Brandi and Steven made this stay the best. They are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Frog town is down a winding little county road that when you 1st travel on it you think you should turn around. 😄 but it’s worth it when you get there. The house is perfect for a couple or small group. My husband really enjoyed the pier by the lake in the mornings. I was able to sit down there one evening and it is beautiful. We will definitely be back soon so we can enjoy the fishing and do a little more touring. Karen Wright Falls City, Texas

Peaceful Beauty
Had a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday and retirement with my family here. The cottage was beautifully decorated in a French country style, beds were comfortable and the outdoor space perfect for a bbq. Brandi was a great communicator and host, and her husband Stephen was also very kind and helpful. Knowing we were celebrating, Brandi was so thoughtful putting up a Happy Birthday banner and leaving a kind note and small gift. The location was wonderful as it was off the beaten path and thus more peaceful, yet still convenient. The road coming in was a bit bumpy, but made it feel like we were going somewhere others normally don’t get to see as we entered this wonderful neighborhood of homes just by the lake. This is an area of home owners versus lots of vacation properties, so it truly was more quiet than one might experience on the other side of the lake. We loved that about this location. We selected Lake Caddo as we wanted to kayak through the Cypress and Spanish Moss, so access to kayaks and the canoe was also a plus for us. Talk about a magical experience, paddling Lake Caddo through the trees was just incredible! We all wished we had booked more days at Frogtown and could have enjoyed more time kayaking, relaxing on the deck and taking in the views. It was a memorable and wonderful way to celebrate my birthday and retirement.
