Step into this delightful cottage located on a small farm where you can immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature, surrounded by 6 chickens, 2 pygmy goats, rabbit, and 2 horses. The cottage accommodates four guests, featuring a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy the luxurious spa-like bathroom with a shower/whirlpool tub, double vanity, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a covered front porch, and a back deck overlooking the fields. A newly added firepit tucked behind the cottage provides a perfect spot for family gatherings. While the setting is very private, you are just minutes away from Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, and other attractions on Lookout Mountain. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga, TN, this location offers both tranquility and convenience.

This cottage is the perfect little piece of heaven! I seriously did not want to leave.Everything was so clean and the setting is extremely peaceful, but just minutes from most anything you want to do in Chattanooga. My granddaughter loved the animals and was even able to take advantage of 6 inches of snow to do some sled riding!The owners are wonderful and kind people. They respond right away if needed.I would definitely stay again - we are already planning a trip back in the spring to see a different season on the farm. :-)

Truly Amazing
We loved our stay on this beautiful, quiet farm. It was exactly what we needed and the owners were nice enough to leave little touches for us, like bottled waters and a smores kit that we could use at the fire pit. The cabin was warm and cozy and perfect for our time there. I would highly recommend and plan to go back soon for a longer stay.

Great Place for Family
My family loved staying at this property! It was clean and stocked well. Our little girl loved getting up every morning and seeinf the goats, rabbit, and horses! The property was easy to find with a GPS and the directions given from the host.

The cottage is completely stocked with everything, full appliances including laundry. Very clean and private. Relaxing deck overlooking the mini-farm, and a firepit with split wood available. Will make plans to come again.

Fantastic property with breathtaking views!
We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the Thanksgiving week of 2024. The views from this property are breathtaking and the presence of Fall was defiantly making it even more picture perfect! Our family, especially our children, couldn't get enough of waking up every morning to go outside and say good morning to all of the animals on the property, even so much we had to make sure we were back before sunset a couple of times so that they could say goodnight to them as well! This cottage/barn home is meticulously designed and laid out, extremely clean and offers everything you need to enjoy your stay! So close to so many tourist attractions, downtown Chattanooga, hiking trails, waterfalls and great restaurants! Thank you SO MUCH for letting us experience time on your property, memories were definitely created there and will be cherished for a lifetime! We will definitely reach out again if we are back in the area!

Beautiful Farmhouse Getaway!
We came to see Chattanooga, and quite honestly Lookout Mountain had everything we wanted. The location of the property was excellent, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a quiet retreat. We loved how it was decorated - just enough without being overdone. One of our best meals was a grilled cheese sandwich on the deck watching the animals! Audrey and Rob were super responsive with any questions we had. Big thanks and big 10s all around!

Great location for a relaxing vacation
Fate would have it we stumbled across this cottage at the last minute (due to a hurricane in FL) and honestly it was perfect for us! The hosts have set this home away from home up beautifully. Close to all the attractions, hiking and food but nestled into the quiet comfort of a mini farm. The hosts were friendly and it was a joy to watch the sunrise and visit with the animals. We highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay and our 4 year old loved the sweet goats, horses, and rabbit who greeted us! Very close to major attractions in Lookout Mountain and easy short ride to downtown Chattanooga. Wonderful time had by all!

So many nice touches in our cozy farmhouse to make us feel welcome. Our home away from home is so beautifully decorated, too! We stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. The property is lovely, the home is clean. The location is very close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Getting up in the morning to see the animals was very nice, I enjoyed our stay very much.
