Welcome to our charming Lakefront Lake Erie retreat! Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the sunroom or relax in the backyard oasis with a patio, BBQ grill, dining area, & fire pit! Updated with all new furnishings, this spacious 3-bedroom home is perfect for your family getaway! Just a few minutes away from Black River Landing where you can enjoy live music or you can take a short 40-minute drive to Cedar Point's thrilling coasters! Book now for a perfect family getaway or romantic escape!
The living room has a comfortable sofa with a 55" TV with Roku. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. There's central A/C for those hot summer nights.
There's a sunroom located to the back of the home with beautiful lake views. The couch, loveseat, recliner, 24" TV, electric fireplace and table with 4 chairs make the perfect place to relax with friends and family, read a book, have a cocktail or play board games.
Off the sunroom you step onto the large patio with BBQ grill and dining table/chairs. At the water's edge you have an additional table w/bench seating and firepit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sunsets.
This house has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have Queen size beds. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The closets in 2 of the bedrooms are not available for guest use, but there are luggage racks.
The full bathroom upstairs has a toilet, vanity with one sink, a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is a half bathroom with toilet and shower in the basement. Please note: There is NOT a bathroom on the main level of the home.
There is a large balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms with lake views, bistro table and chair set for two. Note: No more than 4 people at a time allowed on the deck.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a single brew Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. The dining room has a table with seating for 6 people.
The full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement. Please note: The basement is primarily used for storage. The washer/dryer and bathroom are available for guest use, however there are very steep steps and low ceilings, so be careful.
Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. The backyard is fully fenced. Dogs must be on leash while in the front yard.
Note: There is lake access from the backyard. Enter at your own risk. The rock pathway to the lake is very slippery and we take NO responsibility for injury as a result of use.
Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.
Quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of noise levels.
This house has one Ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the house.

Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee. Please include your dog in the reservation at the time of booking.
Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed.

No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
