Vous êtes plus que bienvenus pour séjourner dans notre grand appartement climatisé au premier étage orienté est situé dans une communauté fermée dans le très populaire complexe El Divino à Los Alcazares, Costa Calida. À seulement 3 minutes à pied de la très populaire Plaza Los Alcazares Mercadona avec de nombreux bars, restaurants et magasins et à 5 minutes à pied des superbes plages avec un grand choix de bars, restaurants et sports nautiques. À proximité de la propriété, il y a plusieurs terrains de golf de championnat, y compris Roda & Mar Menor Golf, idéal pour les amateurs de plage et les golfeurs passionnés. Cette propriété dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains salon / salle à manger et cuisine équipée de style américain avec des meubles de qualité. De la grande terrasse, il y a des vues sur la magnifique piscine commune et les magnifiques jardins bien entretenus. Il y a deux piscines et les jardins environnants et les espaces communs sont entretenus et maintenus au plus haut niveau. Le nouvel aéroport est à 30 minutes en voiture ou l'aéroport d'Alicante est à 50 minutes en voiture, un transfert peut être organisé depuis l'aéroport de Murcie-Corvera.

Weeks stay in Los Alcazares
Stayed for a week, beginning of October. Apartment was lovely, as was Moira, the key holder. Apartment is located near everything, no need for transport, and very secure. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Martyn for allowing us to stay.

Lovely apartment
Very clean airy apartment easy check in good contact with the check in Moira. Great view of the pool and nice pool. I felt sorry for families with small children who were not allowed inflatables in the baby pool. Seemed a bit harsh. Definitely recommend if you want a chilled out holiday.

A piece of heaven
Its the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it was just as good. We got to meet up with friends and enjoyed sitting by the pool. It was quieter which suited us down to the ground and the weather was good to us. I hope Martyn and Sharon will let us come and stay again. Thank you.

Todo está a la altura de su anuncio. Moira y Martyn son unos anfitriones de lujo. La casa cuenta hasta con el más mínimo detalle que puedas imaginar. Las instalaciones son espectaculares. Zona tranquila que cuenta con socorristas y guardias de seguridad para que todo esté en orden y tranquilo. Lo único es que el tema transporte público está muy desconectado, mejor en coche. Aparcamiento fácil en la misma calle.

Summer fun
Beautiful apartment with everything you could ever need available. Location was fantastic a short stroll to pubs and a multitude of different restaurants. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Beach accessible on foot. Lots of free parking available around the complex. Excellent communication from owner and associate in Los Alcazares had a brilliant week.

Pure relaxation
we were very lucky to rent this property as it was a last minute thing. Property was as described but just a couple of things let it down. Toilet brushes needed replacing, toaster too. Furniture in the living room was lovely but tv we couldn't get to work. (Not really missed) beds a little uncomfortable but we all prefer our own beds.

Terrible! Not as described and NOT FOR KIDS
So disappointing, IT IS FILTHY. The decor is so outdated and very rough round the edges, it’s need modernisation, everything looks very tatty/faded. No furniture matches. The beds are nothing more than old army style metal frames with very cheap uncomfortable mattresses. The bedding is in matching old patterned sheets. The other bedding has been thrown on top of the wardrobes. Not even folded or neatly. It’s described as an air conditioned apartment, there is only air con in the lounge, not in the bedrooms, when it’s hitting 44 degrees outside and you have very young children it is not good enough to describe it as an air conditioned apartment when only 1 room is. We had to pay to hire a cot bed that was only found for us by request a day before we arrived, even though the booking we made stated how old our baby is. So I’m assuming we were expected to put our infant to sleep on a bed with no sides? Bathroom shower doors are rusty and broken, the sealant is broken and disgusting. All grout is filthy. There is no oven, the kitchen is not clean, think with dirt on lots of places and it’s all very damaged. There is random nails and hooks stuck out of the wall. My parents are staying in another apartment also in the El Divino complex, they paid the same amount of money for the same dates and it’s significantly nicer and also has a beautiful well furnished roof terrace. It’s modernised and is spotlessly clean and not tatty at all. I feel so disappointed that we’re in this apartment and we paid the same for it! There’s is also fully air conditioned. No one told us about the pool rules either, so today we were shouted at by a very aggressive, unkind and down right nasty lady (Petra) who came over to us in the pool to have a go at us because we hadn’t showered before we got in. She was really awful. Everyone was looking, it was highly embarrassing and she was shouting at the children too (my 4 year old and my nephew who is 13 who is staying in the other apartment with my parents). We’re not mind readers, the rules weren’t told to us, we weren’t asked to read anything and there is no obvious rules for us to see in the apartment. There were security people at the pool watching everyone, telling people off. The president stands on his veranda with a walky talky most of the day. Absolutely abhorrent. I contacted the owner on day 1, he did not care and he argued the point. I have taken lots of photos so will try and upload them.

Nice stay
Just had a nice stay in Los Alcazares. Apartment is in a nice quiet, secure complex. Only minutes to walk to bars an restaurants. Gardens, pool etc immaculate. The only criticism I would make is the lack of an oven if you were planning to cook!

Apartment is in a great location for restaurants, supermarket and beach, which unfortunately we were unable to use due to previous flooding. The complex is excellent and well maintained. We would be happy to stay there again.

A great holiday home
First off we’d like to thank Martin for letting us stay in his beautiful apartment & making the whole booking procedure very relaxing. We were met at the airport by Neil (Linda the house managers husband) and he showed us all around the apartment and how everything works. More about Neil & Linda shortly. The apartment is beautifully furnished with lovely bright modern furniture. The tv has uk channels which is perfect for the kids. It works off the internet which Martyn kindly Sorted out for us prior to arriving. The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparations. The fridge freezer was great & held all our beer so it past the test! Ha ha. Our 8 year old daughter loved the 2nd bathroom which acted as a en suite for her twin room, so she thought she was all grown up! The double room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. Both rooms had great fans on the ceiling which kept us cool of an evening. We didn’t need the aircon on at all though. The balcony has lots of morning sun & overlooks the beautiful kept gardens & pool. So relaxing sat there at breakfast time. The El Divino complex is a fully gated so perfect for families with children. Everyone on the complex was very friendly & chatty. Hopefully we will meet a lot of them again next year if the dates are free..... It’s a 5 minute stroll or even less to the main square where all bars & restaurants are. There is a Lidl 5 minutes round the corner for all your shopping & the long sandy beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. Total bliss. Next we’d like to thank Linda & Neil.....Neil as it turned out was a life saver & without him my trip to Madrid to see my team win the champions league wouldn’t have been possible. The random kindness of someone we’d only met days earlier will stay with me forever & Neil knows how much I fully appreciated his kind gesture. Thank you to Linda for being totally cooperative in sorting everything out with Neil. I’ll never be able to thank both enough. Martyn thank you again for letting us stay at your brilliant apartment and we will definitely be coming back in the coming years. We really can’t tell you how great this complex/apartment is.
