The private rooftop deck and spa provide the ultimate entertainment space, ideal for unwinding with friends or family under the stars.
With multiple lounge areas, a luxurious primary suite, and plenty of space for everyone, this fully furnished getaway is designed for both relaxation and fun. Available for short and long-term stays. Please note, the garage is not available for use.
The Space:
The home offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The main floor features two stylish bedrooms with a shared bathroom, an open-concept living and dining area, and a sleek kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a balcony with breathtaking views, which also provides access to the expansive rooftop deck.
The rooftop is designed for ultimate entertainment, featuring a pool table, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a cozy outdoor couch with a fire pit, all set against stunning panoramic city views.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a spa-like en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. A second shared bathroom is conveniently located next to the laundry room. With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is ideal for families and groups looking for comfort, style, and unforgettable gatherings.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home except the lower balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Hollywood Hills, 8544 Franklin Avenue offers stunning city and ocean views while being just minutes from the Sunset Strip. Enjoy easy access to world-class dining, nightlife, and attractions, plus nearby hiking trails for the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car during your stay, as the house is located high up in the Hollywood Hills, making transportation more convenient. While Uber and other rideshare services are available, wait times can sometimes be longer due to the location. For added convenience, we also offer car rentals—feel free to reach out if you're interested in renting a vehicle during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people are allowed in the house. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Any parties will result in immediate eviction.
It is extremely important that all noise and music remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 10 PM. The neighbors are very sensitive, so guests must be mindful and respectful at all times. Complaints about loud music, entertaining guests, or excessive noise on the rooftop will not be tolerated. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and approved by the host before check-in.
We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

- Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from the host ($90 per day per pet)
- Smoking is prohibited indoors (outdoor smoking is allowed) - $250 fine
- $35 charge per towel for any stained or ruined towel
- $35 charge per stained pillowcase
- $200 charge for a stained duvet cover
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
- Guests must be transparent and truthful when providing booking details. Any incorrect information may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that accidents happen, and if something breaks, please inform us immediately.
