Experience the best stay in our newly renovated unit, just steps from the sparkling waters of Manhattan Beach. Bask in the sunshine and the calming vibe of our beautiful apartment. The large west-facing windows provide an incredible beach view, perfect for cozying up on the couch and enjoying the ocean scenery.

Our apartment is designed for your comfort, offering a peaceful retreat from daily demands. It's the ideal spot to relax and enjoy everything Manhattan Beach has to offer!

The Space:
We adore how our apartment's huge windows allow golden sunlight to melt in. It's definitely our favorite part of the apartment and allows for a beautiful experience of having the beautiful ocean so present in the experience of your stay. Eating dinner with the sunset streaming in is so special and an experience not many get to experience.

The modern interior design, comfy beds and pretty bathroom come together to create an experience of serenity and calm. This apartment was designed to feel like coming home after a long day. Every part of it is inviting and welcoming. Staying in our apartment will have you breathing a sigh of relief. When you decide to step outside so many exciting activities await.

Besides the apartment itself; you'll have access to one parking spot.

The apartment is walking distance to the beach which features clean sand and gorgeous sparkling water. You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry! Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, learn about marine life at the local aquarium on the pier, picnic at the local park and enjoy more places to visit detailed in our welcome book upon arrival! Tour the town or take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint.

You can absolutely drive around but additional parking is limited.

Property Notes:
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a mini split unit in the living room & bedroom which provides heating and cooling for the unit.

Trash Cans: Located in the garage. Place recyclable items into the blue can.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.


We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

There is ongoing construction near the property, which may cause some noise. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Great Location, superb customer service
We were visiting family in Manhattan Beach and the location was perfect. 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from the main avenue with restaurants. Very easy to walk to the pier and enjoy the beach areas. El Tarasco has amazing tacos and burritos and Offset coffee makes the best flat whites! (both are on the same street as the flat)Please note, this is a second floor flat, so you need to walk up outside stairs and the parking spot is small (appropriate size for a beach area), so a large car or SUV will not fit in the parking spot.Overall, very cute, perfect location for us and communication with the owership team was superb.

Great location and perfect accommodations
This property met all the requirements we had for our vacation. Walking distance to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Two bedrooms, ample living space, nice kitchen, good amenities. Very clean and modern. It worked out great for 3 adults. The one downer was the parking. There is assigned, off street parking in the rear. But the space is super tight. If you’re in a mini you’re good. Otherwise, you have to crawl from one side of the car to the other just to wiggle out.

Warm and cozy getaway
So impressed to walk into an immaculate, cozy, updated, fitted with new amenities, close to the beach condo Bedding was fantastic as was towels etc. kitchen furnished well and comfy furniture. Very tasteful and comfortable with parking provided which is a great convenience especially in this area
