Loft Ultra Luxury Downtown 2 BR, assez spacieux pour 5 adultes. Près de cafés, restaurants et bars à droite sur le même bloc. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec ce loft unique pour sa décoration et sa proximité avec tout.

Vous serez niché au centre d'une petite ville, mais aurez du mal à croire que vous n'êtes pas dans une grande ville avec l'ambiance urbaine unique du Coop. L'espace a été construit à la fin des années 1800 et les détails de son histoire peuvent être racontés dans les fermes et la brique apparentes et la cheminée décorative d'origine. L'espace de vie à aire ouverte comprend une cuisine contemporaine élégante, de nombreux sièges moelleux pour la conversation ou la télévision, une table à manger pour six et un bureau pour écrivain. Admirez la vue sur la rue Main depuis l'étendue des fenêtres qui bordent l'intégralité du mur avant. À l'arrière du loft, profitez de la terrasse sur le toit grillagée avec des sièges pour quatre.

La suite principale comprend un magnifique lit king-size avec une literie élégante et la salle de bains privative comprend une douche carrelée et une baignoire séparée.

La chambre à l'étage accueille un lit queen-size et les clients ont une salle de bain complète séparée en bas avec baignoire / douche.

The loft was absolutely amazing. The coziness was delightful. Had everything that we needed great location for the Bourbon Trail and very cute little town. Highly recommend this property and if ever we are visiting, will definitely look to stay here again.

We came to celebrate our spouses turning 50 and decided to stay in Shelbyville as it was a good halfway point to the bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. What a beautiful loft and within walking distance to eat and drink. We had the best time and really enjoyed the small town feel!

LeCoop Loft - Shelbyville, KY
This beautiful, chic loft has been transformed from an 1800s building, with original painted stamped concrete ceilings and exposed beams. It is quite spacious with a great vibe.The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hosts have selected luxury linens.The loft, located on Main Street in quaint Shelbyville, boasts wonderful restaurants and shops, and a very cool brewery called Last Stop, located directly across the street. We visited the Louisville Zoo, which was fantastic and Angel's Envy and Buffalo Trace distilleries.The hosts were available to us to ensure that our time there was exceptional.We had such an amazing time. Our only wish was that we were able to stay another day. :)

We loved our stay in Shelbyville! LeCoop was perfect for our group of four. LeCoop’s location in downtown Shelbyville is convenient to all the shops, restaurants, bakery, and bars downtown. Located halfway between Louisville and Lexington makes it easy to explore both cities. Very comfortable furnishings and beds! Well stocked kitchen! Ben and Melinda’s recommendations for food and drink were excellent and very appreciated!

Property is beautiful, management is lacking.
I want to start with the good. My wife and I have a special connection to this property. It’s the first place we stayed when we started dating and recently made it the place we stayed our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of a town I call home. It has everything you could really ask for in a place to stay. The master bedroom is especially nice. I hate beds that aren’t mine, but the master bed is incredible. I love this place in most ways. Now, the bad. The management was not communicative at all. They sent questions asking about check in time, what brought us to town, etc. when I responded asking for an early check in, I got no response. In fact, I wouldn’t get any other response from them until they were asking me if I wanted to pay 1/4 of the nightly rate nearly for a late check out. They also wanted to make it clear that there would be a fee for them to return anything left in the loft after checkout. In other words, there are no courtesies with the owners. There is no hospitality. This place holds a special place in mine and my wife’s heart, but the ownership makes this an unlikely rental for us in the future.

Awesome property!
We enjoyed our stay in Shelbyville. The loft is beautiful and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The town felt safe and there were walkable shops around. We had 2 adults and 2 teens. There was ple ty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.

50th Birthday Celebration
Perfect for a birthday celebration along the bourbon trail. Home was clean, refreshing and beautiful. Perfect central location to distilleries, wineries and breweries. 30-minute drive to Louisville. Awesome small town. Great restaurants within walking distance. Ben and Melinda are very responsive. Would highly recommend this property to travelers. Perfect for 4-5 guests.

Amazing stay
This property is beautiful, charming, comfortable, and in a great location. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a rental property hands down. The town of Shelbyville is cute and was in a perfect location to drive around to different distilleries in the Louisville area. My husband, myself, my infant, and my parents stayed here. It was plenty of space for all of us! We will definitely be staying here when we visit Louisville again!

Phenomenal Loft!
We rented this for our wedding celebration weekend - a girls’ night for the bridesmaids on night one and my husband and I might two. The loft is gorgeous, a perfect backdrop for photos, very conveniently located within walking distance of all the great things Shelbyville has to offer, and overall cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend Le Coop to anyone traveling to the area, especially for bourbon tours or if having an event at The Gatsby on Main!
