La Dolce Vita (qui peut être louée comme une chambre aussi en basse saison) est située au bord de la mer, dans la communauté privée de Cupecoy Beach Club, à seulement 1 minute de la frontière franco-néerlandaise. Ce joyau fermé luxueux ressemble à un village blanc brillant et élégant sur une île grecque ensoleillée. L'entrée principale est encadrée par des arbres tropicaux luxuriants. Le salon principal et la chambre principale offrent une vue imprenable sur le ciel bleu, la mer turquoise des Caraïbes et d'autres îles.

La décoration intérieure contemporaine a une ambiance française; élégant et confortable. Bois clairs avec des tissus crème, taupe, gris et citron vert. Le salon ouvert dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils. Le grand espace de vie principal combine des espaces de détente, de restauration et multimédia.

Perfect Stay in Cupecoy
This property exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed with 5 adults and enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bed. The 3 bathrooms with showers were also fantastic for privacy and getting ready.The property is gated with 24/7 security for peace of mind, but the whole area of Cupecoy and Maho are very safe, even in the evening. The best thing about this property is the access to not 1 but 2 beaches both within walking distance. The private beach at Cupecoy Beach Club (CBC) was our go to, the waves are a bit rougher but you can’t beat a quiet beach! Mullet Bay is an absolutely beautiful beach also with a short walk from the condo. This beach is much more busy but offers calmer water and a near “zero depth” entry.Lastly, our concierge (Stacey) was responsive and helped us find grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car from their recommended company and it was a fantastic experience!The only downside was that we had to wait roughly a half hour to be checked in, Saturdays are an extremely busy day on the island.We are all excited to come back soon!

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

The pictures made the condo unit appear much nicer than in person. Once inside it was clean but pretty dated. The dishwasher leaked when used to wash the dishes. Although there was internet, it did not work all the time or was very slow. The area for parking a rental vehicle is very limited and does not allow for two way traffic on the premises. You have to go down a staircase to reach the beach and at the bottom you are exposed to the waves before being able to get to the sand.

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.

Cupecoy is beautiful
The unit is in a gated community in a safe area with parking in front of the door which was convenient. There are steps up to the second level and they are slippery if it rains. The pool was great. We usually had it to ourselves, It’s huge. The bar was not open since it is off-season in July. The unit itself is nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful, but there was scaffolding in front of the balcony off the bedroom so we didn’t use it because of that. It looked like it had been there a while, but thankfully, no one was on it working while we were there. Our friends had to wash their sheets because they were dirty and the toilet in their bedroom dripped all the time and had a bowl of under it to catch the water. The bowl was already there so it is a known problem. Overall it is a lovely property and grounds. We were not able to get to the beach at Cupecoy Beach club because the water comes up to the steps and it’s too dangerous to try to get to the small sand strip. Mullet Bay is beside the complex about a 5-10 minute walk to the side with umbrellas and chairs for rent. It’s one of the best beaches with smooth sand and beautiful blue water. We drove over one day because of the walk and carrying a cooler and beach bags. Some of the best food we had was at Rosie’s Snack bar at Mullet Bay, the chicken and ribs were amazing. Overall a great place to stay.

This condo is very spacious, has an AMAZING view, and a wonderful location just a one-minute walk to one of the best beaches - Mullet Bay. I would definitely return! One thing to be aware of if you book this place is that sometimes when you close the refrigerator, the freezer opens slightly. Just be sure both are closed and you're good to go!

Wonderful place to vacation
Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a very spacious condo with lots of room and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Convenient location in the best part of the island in my opinion. Excellent views of the turquoise water. Really beautiful beach with unique cliffs as a backdrop and great for some shade. Every placed we dined at was fabulous and there are lots of options. Be aware that if anyone in your group has trouble with a lot of stairs you might inquire if a lower level is available. Overall a memorable, wonderful experience. We really enjoyed seeing all the colorful birds at Parotte Ville Bird Park and a bit of gambling at several casinos in the evening as well.

For future lurkers who can’t make up his/her mind — book it, you will thank me later. (1) the cover picture gave the illusion of a side ocean view, no, you are dead ocean front. You are on top of a cliff, with a secluded beach down a few steps. You will be the only person on that beach. (2) this is one of the best, if not the best neighborhood on Sint Maarten. The best snorkeling place on the island is the Mullet beach (left exit a private gate), and Cupecoy beach (right exit a private gate). You will see people snorkel from one to another, right under your terrace (3) yes the pool is big enough to swim laps, and never crowded. (4) grocery (Carrefour) is walking distance, don’t get turned off by its tiny door, it’s big inside, you’ll find everything you need for a regular meal, not that you want to cook, so many good eats nearby (5) you will be tempted to stay at the beach club and call it a vacation, you can if you have young children, but trust me, you want to go outside, rent a car, there aren’t that many roads, you can’t get lost, and it doesn’t matter where you go, anywhere you point your car, the view is gorgeous. We loved every minute of it.

We loved our stay here. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV room was like being on your own living room but with a view. Kids loved hanging there in the evening when watching the football games. Great stay!

Great choice for vacation…
Our family travels quite a bit and this vacation exceeded our expectations. Great location , safe and close to restaurants and night life, wonderful condo with the best view and easy access to two beaches , Mullet and Cupecoy (was our favorite to enjoy gorgeous sunsets). Everything was delivered as promised, great response from John the owner. Stacey , the concierge was very helpful with everything we asked for. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay for our first time in Sint Marteen. Private beach close to Mullet, Maho, and 15 mins from the most delicious French food I’ve ever had (I’ve been been to Paris). Didn’t hear the planes at all. Walking distance to pharmacy, cafe, and local food/drink spots. Love the private Cupcoy beach access! Host was exceptional. AC works better than mine at home. All the kitchen amenities & double balconies overlooking the ocean. Wi-Fi works great too. Thank you for a great stay Stacey!

Views from our two balconies were just fantastic! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view with cocktails. We went to the beach a lot and enjoyed how private it was. We felt like movie stars being at a private beach. . We have traveled a lot to warm destinations, but this was likely the best beach we’ve experienced.

Spectacular
This condo exceeded our expectations and was even better than the beautiful photos. It’s was very clean, all the furniture appeared new, the beds were great, the kitchen was completely stocked with any and every cooking supply needed. The washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. The two ocean front decks were the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the beautiful sunsets each night. This complex also has its own private beach, which is gorgeous! The location was perfect for our family. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We obviously loved this condo and the location for our family, and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the island. Thank you!!!

Very secure location, about the best access to Mullet beach bars you can get. Miriam at the pool bar is about one of the nicest ladies we’ve ever met. The AC has the ability to freeze you out if so desired. Fantastic sunset/cruise ship evening views. Three heads up to future renters that are definitely not in the control of the owner: 1) Parking can get a bit silly if all the units are full but the security staff do their best to accommodate. 2) The internet becomes pretty much unusable at night. 3) Da Waterhole on Mullet has the best Painkillers on the island!

WOW! Beautiful, clean, well appointed apartment!
This is a beautifully furnished and well decorated home. It was very clean and shiny. We enjoyed the wonderful outdoor areas: rooftop area is spectacular. The pool and pool bar were a very nice, quiet addition . Ocean view is amazing. We had fun discovering Fat Tony’s, Jule’s and Carre Four across the way in Jordan Village area. It’s very quiet here and you need to drive to Simpson Bay or Marigot, etc. Gwen was lovely as our concierge and Marta was an amazing housekeeper! How did she get everything to shine without any streaks???
