Downtown 114 Lynchburg Studio & Parking

Ce studio au rez-de-chaussée près du coin du 12e et du Main regorge d'équipements modernes; un lit queen, TV Roku 58 ", canapé, mini réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, salle de bain, dressing, rideaux occultants et contre-fenêtres intérieures assourdissantes. Environ. 10 min de tous les collèges locaux.

Voici ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre dans Studio 114:

Un lit queen confortable avec des couches de literie. À côté du lit, vous trouverez des lampes de lecture, une machine à sons pour nos dormeurs légers et des câbles de chargeur de téléphone qui sont branchés sur les tables de chevet.

Vous pourrez regarder la télévision Roku de 58 pouces depuis le lit, le fauteuil inclinable ou le canapé / canapé. Un Keurig avec K-cups fournit le café du matin. Un mini-réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et un ensemble de plats permettent aux clients de préparer et de stocker des aliments / restes que les clients peuvent déguster sur la confortable table à manger pour deux.

Près du lit se trouve la salle de bain complète privée qui comprend une douche, des toilettes, un lavabo sur colonne et toutes les commodités dont un voyageur fatigué pourrait avoir besoin.

Les petits chiens sont les bienvenus pour un supplément de 35 $ non remboursable pour les animaux de compagnie. Tout au long de votre séjour, maintenez la propreté de notre maison à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur en ce qui concerne les activités de votre animal. S'il vous plaît, pas de pattes boueuses sur les meubles et les couvre-lits et n'utilisez pas les draps de bain pour nettoyer vos amis à fourrure. Cute little spot in Downtown Lynchburg
Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle.

Nestled in the heart of Lynchburg, Virginia, Studio 114, embraced with a warmth of Southern hospitality, I was immediately at home! This charming haven boasts sun-drenched interiors that bathe the space in a golden glow, accentuating its inviting atmosphere. The studio's centerpiece is a plush two-seater couch, perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a favorite show on the large television. Nearby, a compact kitchenette houses a single-cup coffee machine and a small refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. At day's end, I sunk into the cloud-like bedding, enveloped in softness that delivered a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom, though petite, offered modern amenities with a touch of rustic charm. Studio 114 captures the essence of Lynchburg's laid-back lifestyle, offering a cozy retreat that feels like a home away from home.

Staying here again is a testament to how much I like this property. If you do NOT need a full kitchen, then one must consider this place. It has the best location, best parking (just outside the door), and the best price in the downtown area.

Great Weekend Getaway!
We enjoyed restaurants, walking trails, shopping and the best little wine bar is right around the corner! They have the most fabulous sommelier. The best part was we were just steps from it all. My husband did struggle a bit with noise at night, so bring some ear plugs just in case. I slept just fine.

Lovely and perfect during the daytime, noisy at night
I genuinely loved staying at this studio. I spent the weekend pretty much locked inside studying, and this was a perfect, cozy place for it. The parking space is right neat the door, making it very easy to take things inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the owners are able to make great use of a little space, offering a couch and coffee table, another table to work at, spacious bed, recliner, etc. Very clean It was all very nice. In the late evenings, it was very noisy with intoxicated bar-goers. Both nights (Friday and Saturday), it was noisy from 11 pm until 2 a.m. The second night I had to call police because of a fight right outside the door. There seems to be a patio bar directly across the street and public parking in close vicinity where partiers end up going and loitering when things close. That said, I would stay here again. I suspect the week day evenings are less noisy. The host provides a sound machine, I'm assuming to try and drown some of that out. But the place was very nice and comfortable otherwise.

Great place!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect place and had everything we needed! It was neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location in the middle of downtown steps from some great restaurants and the community market. I had a couple questions later at night and the host was happy and willing to help and quickly replied. We would stay again!

Cozy room in an awesome location!
My husband and I visited Lynchburg with our one year-old to see some of my friends from college. The couple nights we spent here was perfect. The room was clean and had all of the things in it that we needed. The host was very accommodating, as we had to arrange to bring our baby last minute. I loved the location of the place. It was right downtown in the middle of lots of things to do. We will definitely make plans to come back!

It was in a wonderful spot in downtown Lynchburg in walkable distance to everything. It’s small but perfect for one or two people. The only not so good thing was it did smell a bit musty or like pets.

Location is fantastic! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market. Apartment is clean, very tastefully done and has everything you need. Off-street parking is so nice. This was my second time staying here and it won’t be the last.
