Stay at one of our most luxurious homes in Snowcreek, mountain living at its best!

The Space:
Bring family and friends to this mountain getaway. Guests will find themselves in an ideal location for year-round activities. Eagle Lodge is the closest ski resort and is within a couple of miles. The Red Line Shuttle route is also close by and located on Minaret Road. This shuttle travels to and from the Village and Main Lodge. There are numerous grassy areas, meadows, ponds, streams, and even the Snowcreek Golf Course to enjoy during the sunny seasons.

The living room will be a popular place to relax. A large stone fireplace is featured and great for warming up after a day of skiing and snowboarding. Plenty of plush seating options gather around a flat screen television. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional space. There is a Blue Ray DVD player and high-speed internet available for your entertainment. If the fireplace gets a little too warm, open the doors to the balcony to get a breeze of crisp air. Outside on the private balcony be sure to take in the gorgeous surrounding mountain view.

Across from the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. Several appliances and ample counter space help a chef prepare tasty meals. Sit the family down at the formal dining table for a home cooked meal. The table has seating for 4 and overlooks the trees outside. A washer and dryer are also conveniently assembled in the home.

When you are ready to hit the hay, there are 3 bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, television, and access to the balcony. A full bathroom is attached for privacy. The second bedroom is suitable for the kids as it has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds. The last bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed. 2 more full bathrooms are accessible for your guests to share.

The unit is very close to the Meadow and Mammoth Creek, great for fishing, walking and hiking. There are many biking trails as well. Keeping up on your fitness or looking for something else to do during your stay? The Snowcreek Athletic Club is nearby and great for getting a sweat going. A pass can be purchased for $25/adult and $15/child. The pass includes access to the premier gym, trampoline rooms, racquetball court, indoor pool, outdoor pool (spring/summer), spa, 5 outdoor tennis courts (spring/summer), and The Bistro East Restaurant.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Great place, honestly, better than the pictures indicate. Only thing that could be improved is the mattresses are very firm. Maybe that will be to your taste. Other than that the unit and the location are fantastic.

Great stay in mammoth lakes!
We had a wonderful stay at the property! The condo was spacious and parking was easy. The kitchen is a great size and allowed for multiple people to be cooking at once. Unfortunately, the gas oven was broken— it quickly leaked gas when we turned it on. We also struggled with the bbq- it kept shutting off when we used it. I would also recommend against planning to use the futon bed in the living room— you could feel every spring in the mattress and it was very uncomfortable- better to just sleep on the couch. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the hot tub!

Great location, love this layout and have stayed in similar units in the past. The lower rear deck is missing, with a board across the sliding glass door. The rear upper deck has chipped paint and splinters. There is a defective window shade in the dining area. The TV system did not work properly at all; we were very dissatisfied with that. The downstairs bathroom lights went out of commission on the day before we left and were not restored. The upstairs bathroom toilet seat is loose and moving around. There are a couple of broken screens needing attention. The front door lock is stiff and difficult to work.

First off this is a big 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms, and it is in a fabulous location. You can do great walks and runs directly from the property and the 1 mile road into snow creek has beautiful views. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Maintenance Issues
This is a cute place and the price was right. Unfortunately, I didn't study the recent reviews that mentioned maintenance issues that were "resolved quickly." They were not completely resolved upon our arrival. We had two major systems not working which caused major inconvenience. The management company was very responsive and tried its best to make us comfortable. We were eventually reimbursed for the food we lost (fridge not working), but I would verify that they have made the replacements of major appliances (fridge and washing machine) before you book. Also of note is the hardness of the mattresses and the iffy flushing of the downstairs toilet. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences.

The condo location and floor plan are excellent. There were a few things that were disappointing: the beds are very uncomfortable; the kitchen cabinets are peeling and need help; the toilet upstairs was not working properly and we had to call the mgmt company twice to get it fixed right; some of the kitchen tools were damaged i.e. large knives with broken tips; dented pans and chipped plates. The windowsills were dusty. The Wi-Fi did not work all the time.

Great spot! Mammoth is so small that even being at the opposite corner from the mountain, the commute is negligible in plowed conditions. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Spacious yet cozy. Ample parking, with driveway cleared of snow. No issues with utilities/plumbing/heating. Incredibly comfy couches. Reasonably quiet community with beautiful views of the mountains and open space at the edge of town. Grand Welcome's customer service phone line didn't involve long waits/holds when I called for clarifications on check in.

Nice accommodations.
Great location, great floor plan. Kitchen had everything you might need, except a cookie sheet. Warm and cozy inside, although a few of the kitchen windows don’t close tightly, minor inconvenience. A remote for garage door would have been nice. Beds are firm, but comfortable. Dining table could use a new coat of varnish. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Only real complaint was the upstairs toilet seat left a bit to be desired; the quality was substandard.

Great location and home.
This is the second time we have stayed at this house for our annual Firefighters fishing tournament. The house has everything we needed and more. One of the key features for us is use or garage for all our gear. House is clean and the views are insane. Will be renting again next year if available

Good enough
A good place to sleep but starting to show its wear. Pros: a well-stocked kitchen, nice TV, great views, a bathroom for each bedroom. Cons: Wi-Fi weak (then none despite reporting), lumpy sofa, windows cranks hard to close and a loose toilet seat. A little maintenance would go a long way.
