Renovated Historic Manti Home - 11 beds

Bring the whole family! This charming cottage-style home was built in 1909 and is ready for guests to create memories. Completely remodeled with the intention for guests to have family reunions here. Kid friendly. Please note that the basement ceilings in some areas is slightly less than 6’2” tall so guests over 6'0” will need to duck. Also, two bedrooms in the basement are connected. You need to go through one room to get to the other.

Cute little home, quiet neighborhood
Cute, cozy little pioneer home. Great experience here. Communicating with the owners was so easy. I asked if they're was possibility that they could accommodate a later checkout and they totally worked with me. Would stay there again.

Like stepping in to the past but clean and comfortable
The house was clean, comfortable and so much fun for my kids to explore. It was so fun to feel like you were stepping into another era but with all the modern amenities and everything was clean and homey. We would stary there again.

Cutest house ever!
This is such a great place to stay! It has tons of beds, is so clean, has lots of helpful hints about the community, plenty of towels, and has easy check-in/check-out processes. The only bad thing is that we were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

Perfect place for our side by side adventure
We loved this property. We had a total of 10 people here and there was more than enough space for us to enjoy time together. We loved that it was just a stone’s throw from the Arapeen trail system. The property is a very cozy place with modern adaptations. It has all the accommodations you might need. Our only complaint would be only 2 showers but I think that’s typical in this era of home.

Spacious, well appointed historic home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint, but spacious home! We loved how each room had a different theme, and the living space and dining area had ample room to seat everyone! The kitchen had lots of cookware and amenities available. We enjoyed watching deer graze in the front yard and going for walks around the neighborhood! One couple felt the king bed in the second room was uncomfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this location!

Great place! Definitely room enough. Great location very clean. Very nice place to stay. And the only thing I found odd. Was the cameras inside a hallway and a kid bedroom. Not sure what they need cameras on the inside of the residence for.

Not an inviting place to stay
Beware if you stay at this rental home you will be watched by cameras and bothered by the host each day during your stay with a reminder of many rules that must be followed to stay in the home. Also a week later after checking out the host looking at more video footage we continued to be harassed more by the host. We respected and took care of the home. We left the home just like the instructions asked. We have never experienced this at any rental.

Cute Property, Fun Time
We rented this unit for a Family reunion. When we first arrived, one of the bedrooms was locked, but we quickly contacted the host and solved the problem. The stay was enjoyable and the house is well kept. It is an older home, and has some quirks that may seem odd at first, but everyone who came had a great time. The stairs are very steep, and you have to walk through the bedroom with the two single beds to get to the one with the two double beds, but that wasn't an issue with the group that we had. The property, while smaller, was well kept, plenty of parking, and a nice lawn area for outdoor activities. Everyone from the 70 year old grandparents to the 5 year old grandkids had a great time, and several commented how they would choose this location again. Overall, the only drawbacks were the room configuration and layout, but those were easily overcome. 5/5 would do again.

Very impressed
There were so many places to sleep, everyone was able to have there own space. When we wanted to be together the living area has tons of seating and we were all comfortable. I will definitely look into this location for future stays in the area.
