Unité à Duck Key à côté de la plus grande station balnéaire des Florida Keys! Situé à proximité des magasins, des restaurants, de l'épicerie fine, de l'appât et du matériel, de la banque, de la bijouterie et bien plus encore. Deux ports de plaisance que vous pouvez utiliser, location de jet-skis, bateau à kayak, bateaux à voile, plongée en apnée et sorties de pêche. Vous avez accès au golfe ou à l'océan Atlantique. Quai avec station de nettoyage du poisson. À seulement quelques minutes de Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach et à seulement 1 heure de Key West.

Unité A - Cette belle maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six personnes et est entièrement décorée.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec une télévision à écran plat LCD. De grandes portes vitrées coulissantes donnent accès au balcon adjacent avec vue sur les piscines et le canal vert émeraude. La spacieuse salle de bain principale dispose d'un dressing avec beaucoup d'espace pour le stockage.

La chambre # 2 a un lit queen-size avec placard et télévision privée.

La chambre # 3 a un lit double avec placard et télévision privée.

Le salon dispose d'un centre de divertissement. La belle cuisine / salle de petit déjeuner a toutes les commodités. Le barbecue à l'arrière et la grande terrasse de la piscine constituent d'excellents espaces ensoleillés. La propriété dispose de deux marinas que vous pouvez utiliser ou apporter votre propre bateau. Vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau directement dans votre jardin à quai en béton de 92 pieds sans frais supplémentaires. Vous pouvez pêcher depuis votre arrière-cour. Apportez simplement vos cannes!

Multi family getaway
Cute, cozy duplex and since we rented both sides due to amt of people, we had the pool and dock for fishing all to ourselves. Be aware that if you rent only one side you may potentially have to share the common areas(pool/dock). Definetly recommend.

It's a lovely home, but please note that it is a duplex, which means you'll be sharing the pool area with the tenants in the other unit. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of what is happening next door. However, the neighborhood is tranquil, making it a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Keep in mind that there isn't much to do nearby; everything is about a 20-30-minute drive away.I’m not sure if the advertisement mentioned this, but check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 9 AM. We initially planned to rent for 5 nights and 5 days, but in reality, it's 5 nights and 4 days. This didn't affect us much since we left a day early and moved elsewhere due to the lack of activities. We found it too dull here and decided to continue our journey.

Family Time
My husband and I booked this stay with my brother and his wife. My family joined us for a 4 day stay here before we went to our next destination. We are on a month long trip in different locations in Florida. This stay was especially nice since we were with family and had the opportunity to enjoy fishing and boating. The accommodations were perfect. We chartered a fishing boat and were able to enjoy our catch for dinner the same night. The grill was an unexpected bonus; we prepared our entire meal on the grill. Pool was amazing. The marina was within walking distance so the next day we rented a boat and beached along a sand bar for several hours; snorkeling and swimming were fantastic. Highly recommend. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

I was quite surprised with the property. The screened in back porch was a nice touch.As well as your own tiki bar by the pool The floor plan to the house is nice and open. Plenty of towels and even beach towels for the pool. I will stay there again if I get a chance.

This was a very nice duplex house with everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to make meals in with your group. We loved the heated swimming pool and it was right beside the deck off the canal. There were lots of fish in the canal to look at. The hosts were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise Home Away From Home
i have had the privilege to stay five Times Feels like home away from home my husband and I enjoy the peacefulness as well as meeting New neighbors that are renters From all around the world It is close enough to go to Key West for the day and come back before night time since I don’t like to drive Highway one at night I cook fresh fish and shrimp every night instead of going out to dinner We hope to return next year instead of staying at accommodations at the resort

We've been going to the keys for years and loved this property, it was a perfect spot for families to enjoy being together while being emersed in the keys lifestyle. The pool is big enough for everyone to enjoy, the dock was great to fish off of and load up the boat. We loved our stay!

This is our second time staying here it is fantastic. Very clean. Canal is great for fishing, swimming, kayaks and paddle boards. Water is clear. Pool is a great size. You are located close to stores and other activities as well.

Fantastic place
Really clean and well thought out property. Lovely pool big enough to swim in. A share pool with other rental but worked out really well. Location beautiful on waterways. The Duplex was well kitted out and everything had been thought of. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

If you are a boater this house is perfect you have a very spacious dock that is shared with one other boat. The canal is deep and clear with tons of marine life. House very well laid out, our friends said the beds were hard in the other bedrooms but the king size was very comfortable. I have been in love with duck key since I was a girl and am so thrilled we have found such a great place to return time and again. Loved hearing both of my kids excitedly telling the other family that joined us how much they were going to love the trip and how great this house is. Yes the trip was amazing again. The property manager very responsive but have had better luck texting her. She does not respond to the message feature on the app
