2nd Level of the Home:

Experience comfort on this level, featuring a master suite with a king bed and a private ensuite bath, alongside a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and another spacious bedroom offering a king bed and its own ensuite bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment.

The open-concept great room invites you to relax in a spacious living area with a queen pull-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. Gather around the dining space or whip up culinary delights in the large, fully equipped kitchen. Revel in breathtaking canal views from both the interior and the back balcony, creating an idyllic setting for your Florida Keys getaway.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

"This house is awesome! Very private master suite, and a second bedroom with dedicated bathroom along with a third bedroom and hallway bathroom. Big living room/kitchen, downstairs is great to hang out and the pool is great! The dock is awesome, can fit 40' plus boats on the t-head and another 35' at least on the seawall. Very protected. Will stay again, thank you!"

Decent vacation rental
This place does have everything you need...ie pool, boat dock and space. However it is more of a guys fish camp rental more than it is a keys vacation rental. The house needs a update and a really good cleaning (outside). The kitchen has about a millioin cups but lacking in basic kitchen things. There is a standard fridge which is fine but for the price per night i expected more. The outside of house has 5 cameras. I understand needing security but 5 is a bit excessive. We booked this rental last minute. The management company was 10/10. Easy to contact and provided all info. Please also note there are stairs to get into the house, the stairs are shown in the picure but my fault for not noticing. I come to marathon several times a year and if i had to i would stay here again but i would be prepared.

Nice house great location, awesome pool and ocean Gulf access.
We had a last-minute mishap at our prebooked property, the seawall collapsed, and we could not leave our boat in the water. Being a veteran I have a service animal that We travel with, so booking is difficult 45days out. Coco Plum got us in no problem, with proper documentation. My niece brother and sister were all able to come and stay with plenty of room. Pool was great, location and boating to house also great. Make sure to pay the launch and load charges! It used to be free, now 25 per. We were fined $200.00 for not knowing. and being gone for 2 weeks. I will be on the phone Monday. Highly recommend this property. Does need updating on cabinets, and a little softer queen bed. Management was very responsive and accommodating at all times. Thank you for a great vacation We will be back.

Peaceful Marathon
Nice property with a nice size pool, waterfront views/docks, and a few iguanas to keep you company. The pool is in sun all day long and gets very warm. No worries about that initial chill when you get in the pool. House does need some TLC, power washing and home updates.

Winter at One Particular Harbor
We rented the home from the weekend after Thanksgiving through mid February. There are some updates that need to be made, but overall it is a great property. The Coco Plum Realty that manages the property is very responsive and took care of every issue that arose. We enjoyed our stay.

Home was clean. Perfect location. Loved being able to bring our pet. Pool was clean. Hot tub was great. Pool table is old and sticks and balls are old so was unable to use it. Loved having the extra frig downstairs. Will consider renting again in the future.

1 Particular Harbor -Coco Plum is a great property
We had a great time at 1 Particular Harbor -Coco Plum in Marathon. When we first got there, the pool wasn't heated. That took a couple of days to resolve, but otherwise the property was great. Nice size, nice outdoor area with views, clean, nicely furnished & good privacy from neighbors. We wish we had been able to turn the air a little bit cooler at night & the mattresses could use some updating (softer, please) but we loved our stay & would go back.

Really Good Property
Great location, LOTS of good fishing off the dock for kids. The house was very clean and we felt safe considering COVID. The pool did turn a little green but they addressed it and we only lost a day to servicing of the pool. While the property is great, the pet policy is not very clear and while I followed Coco Plums policy of submitting pictures of all animals before I was charged an additional pet fee AFTER they had "made a mistake" and not charged the correct amount up front.

Pool was the best part
The owners could do a lot to remove useless outdoor furniture and kitchen tools With missing parts or rusted and dirty that have long outlived their purpose (can opener-ugh!). The master bed was very comfortable but the other beds not so much and the other bedrooms furnished with odd lot furniture. The property was very clean, except for the screen room on the lower level where the hot tub is located. The porch on the backside on the second level of the house could use a good scrubbing as well. Property managers were responsive to any questions we had. In the future, we would preferred to rent a property that is directly managed by the owner, in the hopes that they take more personal pride in the property then was exhibited in this particular one. The pool gets dirty daily because of overhanding bushes and trees. Kept us busy every day but it was nice to have our own pool to cool off.

Great home in Marathon.
All I can say WOW!! THIS HOME IS ALL WE NEEDED, WANTED and expected and then some. The home is well cared for and very comfortable and spacious. The dock and pool are a bonus. We rented a 22ft boat and docked it right out back. All we had to do was hop in and go!!
