The Townhouse:
Enjoy our high-end townhouse with a beautiful rooftop terrace in the utterly popular Nueva Andalucía. The spacious townhouse has just undergone a complete renovation to the highest of standards. The designer kitchen and the luxurious bathrooms are fully furnished with high-end brands. The ensuite bedrooms with king-sized beds and the well-designed living room area are quite an extravagant retreat where you can unwind in style.
Take a swim in the community Pool and enjoy marvelous views. There is plenty of green space in the urbanization where you can enjoy the sunny atmosphere. If you want to touch the sky, we would recommend your private rooftop terrace. Here you will find sunbeds, alfresco dining, a lounge area and a barbecue that is ready to use for your BBQ parties!
The community is very friendly and you will have a relaxed and safe stay within a well-kept gated community. The townhouse is settled in a popular vacation resort in Marbella, just a few minutes of walk away from restaurants and bars. This is also a prime location for all our golfers; with three top-class golf courses in the area, you will feel like being in a Golfers Paradise.The neighborhood
Neighbouring the Banús resort, Nueva Andalucia stretches inland from the sea, over undulating terrain that is dotted with lakes, backdropped by the imposing La Concha mountain peak and fringed by celebrated golf courses.
Nueva Andalucía has all the ingredients that comprise most people's idea of a “dream life” in Spain: Mediterranean views; a healthy outdoor lifestyle; an easy transition into the Spanish way of life, without having to relinquish the comforts of home; and a tranquil atmosphere that is ideal for family.
Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.
Nueva Andalucia is the place many head to for a golf trip on the Costa del Sol There are several excellent courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery.
Nueva Andalucia is renowned for its wonderful selection of high quality bars and restaurants. In the Centro Plaza you have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and American Deli. Just along the road you can head to the casino and more restaurants. Amongst which is the original site of the famous Costa del Sol chain of Terra Sana, which serves delicious, fresh and healthy cuisine, they also serve great breakfast! Nueva Andalucia is also home to one of the best Indian restaurants on the Costa del Sol, The Taj Mahal, it’s like eating in your front room, but the food is delicious and service friendly. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The area is lined up with Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
