A peaceful retreat for couples, set on a large spacious block with lush lawns, trees and gardens.

You'll hear the waves crashing and birds singing.

Galbraith Beach Studios are located on Galbraith Way, Marengo - Apollo Bay.
This beautiful property offers 3 modern & stylish Studio suites for couples.

2 min walk to Marengo Beach and a 15min stroll to Apollo Bay shops & cafes.

Studio 1 is located on the northern side of the house & shares the verandah with Studio 2.

Studio 1 offers the following...
* Comfortable Queen size bed
* Linen and towels supplied for your stay
* Television
* Heating/Cooling
* Built in robe
* Ensuite with Shower, Vanity and Toilet
* Kitchenette - Bar Fridge, Microwave, Coffee, Kettle, Toaster, DeLonghi Coffee Pod Machine, Selection of Teas
* Outdoor furniture on shared verandah
* Welcome goodies on arrival including locally hand baked biscuits
* Free Wifi
* Each Studio has its own individual entry off the verandah

Guests share the spacious wide verandahs around the house.

At the rear of the property there is a large covered guests BBQ area for those who wish to cook.

This property is not pet friendly.

A large carpark is located at the front of the property for guests to park.
Galbraith Way is a very peaceful location where you can enjoy birds and the sound of the ocean.

The beach is a 2 minute walk from your accommodation.
Town with shops and cafes is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.

The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.

All guests are to be booked.
This property is not suitable for infants or children.

There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.

Dogs are NOT permitted at this property.

Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.

This property was beautifully presented, clean and plenty of little welcome inclusions. There was ample wardrobe space and a generous bathroom. The studio was small, but certainly big enough for one or two. I would definitely use this accommodation again.

great base from which to explore Great Ocean Road!
Clean and modern with everything thought about...welcome snacks/milk/butter etc all very much appreciated. The only downside was VRBO failing to send us check in details on time ie 24 hours before so we had to chase them and the owner as we could not get in! Basic and should not happen!!

Great location 2 kms from Apollo bay - nice room however could not access room as there was no communication regarding the lock box combination, 1 light and 1 side table not working. Had to reset the breaker panel as there was no power to the TV. TV really small. Very close to beach

Nice quiet location, easy walk to the Marengo beach. Clean & neat unit. Not the weather for it when we visited but can imagine that the BBQ facilities would be handy in summer. Very happy with our stay & would gladly recommend to friends.

Serene place in a beautiful Location.
Overall it was a well kept place in a beautiful location. It was so quite that you could hear the waves in the distance. Remarkably the traffic from the highway was not an issue at all. It was central to many tourist attractions. I would not hesitate to tell my friends that this is a good place to stay at.

Wonderful
It was a bit of a challenge to unlock the door. The key kept turning and turning and not unlocking. But I did eventually get in. The internet worked well. Place was lovely and clean. The freezer part of the fridge over frosted and needs attention. Thank you for a great stay
