The two homes include all new furnishings and beds. New amenities include a sand volleyball court, charcoal grill/smoker, outdoor bar, and a game room including a pool table, foosball table, dart board, and a ping pong table. Games on-site include cornhole, bocci ball, croquet, kan jam, spikeball, giant jenga, board games, kayaks, canoes, and sand toys.

10% discount given to active duty military and veterans with proof of status.

This unique property offers two separate houses, providing a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully stocked with everything you need, this accommodation is designed to cater to both adults and children. Guests will have direct access to the Wisconsin River for endless water-filled thrills. Please note guests only have access to the 30 ft walking path to the river. The land on both sides of the walking path is privately owned.

The main house is thoughtfully designed as an adult haven, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. With its cozy ambiance and well-appointed amenities, it offers a perfect sanctuary for unwinding after a day of adventures. Meanwhile, the second house is tailored to meet the needs of children, ensuring a fun-filled and exciting stay for the little ones. They'll have their own space to enjoy and make lasting memories.

Situated on a secluded and expansive acre lot, this property provides ample space for exploration and outdoor activities. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, discovering hidden trails, scenic spots, and a sense of tranquility. In the back, you will find a large backyard oasis boasting a generous patio area and a captivating outdoor bar, creating the perfect setting to unwind and entertain in style. Both houses offer exclusive access through their own private entrances via the main doors. Guests will receive a unique code to effortlessly enter each section of the house through the automated locks provided.

Guests have access to the 30ft walking path to the Wisconsin River, but DO NOT have access to the land on either side of the walking path as it is privately owned.

For your convenience, grocery stores and other essential convenience stores are located in Mauston, just a short 10-minute drive away. This ensures that all your needs are easily met, allowing you to focus on enjoying your stay and making lasting memories.

IMPORTANT: Please contact the host if you are looking to bring motorized vehicles. Also note that there are specific property lines on site that must not be crossed if approved to bring motorized vehicles.

Guests only have access to the 30ft walking path that leads to the Wisconsin River. The land on both sides of the walking path is privately owned. Please do not trespass.

ATV User Note: All Juneau County lettered roads are County roads and are open to ATV/UTV use. With the exception of the following: CR HH from SR82 to 26th Ave Lyndon Station is NOT open. CR HH from CR J to Sauk County Line is NOT open. CR G in Necedah from St Mary’s Way to the entrance to Rocky Road Ice Cream is NOT open. Do NOT go from 37th St to Buckhorn G on SR 58.

Boat Owners Note: There are a few public boat launch areas located near the property: Castle Rock County Park (closest), Castle Rock Dam Boat Launch, Yellow River Boat Access, Buckhorn Launch-Castle Rock Lake, and Launch D on Castle Rock Lake.

Swimming in the river is at your own risk.

No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Secluded Getaway
We had a great visit away from the crowds of the Dells. Just about 25 min north of the Dells, we had a lovely stay with our group of friends and kids. The kids loved that there were 2 homes and a garage with a game room. Plenty of room to spread out in both homes, but most of our time was spent in the main house. Lovely backyard area to light a fire and relax with your crew. Would recommend if you are looking to escape the crazy of the Dells and to get some quiet time out in the woods. Owners and Property Managers are very quick to respond!

Our family reunion/family and friends trip
We hada great time even though it rain most of the time. Some even played out in the rain. The only hiccup was i had trouble getting the code for the doors to imput and open them. Technology and i are not friends at times. We all loved it, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, overall we hated to leave but we had to get back to our jobs and other family

Great Stay at a Great Place
After looking for a remote location for a golf getaway, we landed in Mauston. Easy access to the dells, but still remote. This was a great place to come to after golf and just hang out and play yard games, and chill. Communication was great with Chris, the host, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Incredible location. The property is near great golf courses and areas for fishing. A large space, with a great atmosphere. The property delivered plenty of games and activities to stay entertained all weekend. The whole experience was great. Ideal location for a large group visiting the Wisconsin Dells or looking for a weekend get away.

Great place, highly recommend
This was an incredible place to stay! Very clean, plenty of towels, and a lot to do! We enjoyed the game area, and a nightly fire in the backyard. Overall this was a great place to stay and if we were to vacation in the area again, we would choose this property.
