Welcome to our home away from home where you are in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula vineyards and surrounded by some of the best beaches in Victoria.

With our quirky personality scattered throughout you will feel right at home the minute you hangup your coat.

Soak in the bathtub , BBQ on the balcony, boardgames to compete with, head off to the hot springs or cruise about to many of the vineyards and restaurants in the area too may options will be your only problem.
The space
Our space is modern and easy to feel comfortable in. Cook up a storm in our stocked kitchen and pantry or order in.

Enjoy the free Wi-fi along with Netflix and Stan for those binging days/nights.

The main bedroom has air conditioner, an ensuite with fabulous water pressure, you will never want to get out, along with a balcony with a view to the harbour and the rolling hills of Arthurs seat and surrounds to enjoy your morning cuppa or a private glass of champers.

The second bedroom has a 45inch tv for some quiet time and the sun shining through, a great spot in winter to read a book.

The main bathroom has the best deep bath along with my homemade Magnesium Bath Soak and of course my very own candles to 'set the mood' pop your glass of wine on the bath caddy and relax.

The middle level is all about togetherness, kitchen, dining, lounging and BBQ'ing. Our greatest love is food and wine around the table, laughing and storytelling until the wee hours.

Ground floor is our little 'getaway bedroom' I was given a divine original aboriginal "dreaming women" painting and so the room was decorated around this very painting shhh it's my favourite room.

We are a short stroll to the local beach and an awesome Deli 'Provincia'

The best way to get about is either driving or using an Uber if you plan on taking advantage of the many local vineyards.

There is a bus that runs along the back of the building on Bruce road.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly with prior permission. Please contact me to let me know what type of pet, how many and what breed, this will make my decision on approving for example if you say "I have three huskies in shedding season" it will be a strong no.
