Villa Zen Garden is a beautiful vacation villa in Torre dell`Orso,
for relaxing vacations on the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic.
The villa is independent, has a large equipped garden and is on two
levels.
In Villa Zen Garden there are up to 5 beds. Present all the main accessories: air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, barbecue. Pets are allowed.

The beautiful vacation home is located in a residential complex. A large manicured garden welcomes with paths through the greenery.
A spacious veranda covered by a wooden canopy is furnished for spending time outdoors. You can have lunch and dinner outdoors and relax on the sofa.

in the back is an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs as well
as a barbecue and outdoor bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The interior of Villa Zen Garden is on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living area with table, chairs, 1 single bed and TV, eat-in kitchen with access to the garden and 1 bathroom with shower.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 2
bedrooms, one double with access to large terrace and one twin, and a
bathroom without shower. The rooms are protected by mosquito nets on the
windows.

Villa Zen Garden is located in a residential complex in Torre dell`Orso,
in a quiet area quite close to the sea. The house is just 800 meters
from the beach with pine forest, from the center where there is the
characteristic tower, and from the coastal road that connects the
various marinas of Melendugno, all very close.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning on the first floor of the sleeping area.
- The house has 3 bathrooms: one on the ground floor without a bidet, one on the first floor without a shower and one complete outside.
