Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, Raft, life jackets, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,, Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. Ice fishing options available inquire if your interested in renting the cabin and fish house. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!
