Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Beautiful views and perfect location!
Very nice and comfortable condo with a beautiful view! Great beach and love the pool on the property. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Week of relaxation
Condo was perfect for the two of us. Clean. Well supplied. Gorgeous view. Staff was so accommodating. Chose not to rent a car and there were plenty of restaurants to find excellent food choices. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot
This little 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four (just don’t plan to spend a lot of time inside because it’s small!). We cooked most of our meals and did not rent a car. It was very easy to walk to the Publix grocery store, and there were many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. Adventura mall was an easy 10 minute Uber ride as well. The pool was small but not too busy, also heated. The construction next door will be going on for the next few years and was slightly annoying but not too bad. This apartment is on the opposite side of the building so no dust/noise pollution in the apartment. We also took advantage of the weight room during a rainy day- very nice! Having the amenities of beach chairs and a super kind staff was a plus!

Miami family trip
We had a very good time staying at Marenas resort. Loved how the property was clean and had the most amazing spa smell throughout lobby and hallways. The pool was pretty small but we still enjoyed and it wasn’t super busy. Beach was amazing and having towels and lounges was perfect. We would definitely come back!!!

Very unprofessional
We checked in on a Friday at 2am ac was not working correctly in the room the young man in the front desk was very helpful but the other rooms they had were not ocean front we decided to stay in the room and see if it would cool off. We asked for a late check out on Sunday they told me we could stay until 12. We were eating at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was 12:13 when we went up stairs to get the clothe to leave and take a quick shower since they took long to serve us at the restaurant. I had to go 3 times back downstairs because the key was not working. I spoke to the manager christina and told her look at the time it is not our fault the key was not working oh its ok . I went back upstairs. it finally worked it was already 1:00 I jumped in the shower real quick everything was already picked up to leave the manager christina went upstairs to our room opened the door of the room this is invasion of our privacy while I was getting dressed and she said it was to ask us if we needed a cart. We confronted her and all she said was that it was to see if we needed a cart to leave how in the world would you open a room door to ask if we needed a cart when she had just given me another key to open the door of the room and she never asked me. This is a total disrespect I will never stay here again its sad to have such unprofessional people not knowing laws to work as a manager.

Lovely Spot and beautiful beach
We stayed here while we attended a family celebration. Staff are terrific, beach, pool and pool bar are perfect. Definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants and grocery within walking distance.

Didn’t get my room on the 23th room
I paid a room with a full ocean view on the 23 floor and I was on the 11th floor with a sideways view. I had fun but didn’t like my room.

Beautiful and great service
We were met at the door and welcomed inside! Are bags were ready to be transported to our room. Check in was easy, getting to the pool/beach was easy. We love the area, beach wasn't super busy, very clean and chairs/umbrellas/towels were in good condition. Food at the beach bar wasn't great. We had the calamari. The room was stylish, the view from the balcony AMAZING! There is no building next to ours so it was easy to view water in both directions. The bed and pillows were so comfy. However, the pull out couch only came with one pillow and a thin blanket. No sheets. Overall, very good experience.

A magical Stay
This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in a long with just a couple of issues, Your car is taken in to valet, once you have finished your check in process you are given a glass of champagne as you go to your room. The balcony view is the was they showed it but even better. You have a view of the ocean and a view of the city light. The bathroom sink leaked some with we were there and there was a slow drain in the shower area, we notified the front desk and they fixed it after we left. This was beautiful place to stay overall, definitely recommend and I will definitely stay again.

Nice unit but complex could improve
Had a nice stay. Loved the unit. Glad it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Issues I had: world's worst shower curtain situation. It was too short and water was a disaster. Lots of construction in the area so sleeping in never happened. To get extra towels and linens was like pulling teeth. House keeping tried to clean when we hung sign yet when I requested it they never showed... Twice. Beach chairs and towels were no problem but the guys never allowed umbrellas because it was "too windy". But it was only Breeze one day if the 5 we stayed. And all other resorts up and down the beach had umbrella s up including next door to our property.

Very nice beach getaway
The resort is very nice! Right on the beach, chairs provided, towels provided with towel cards, there is a bar at the pool and sometimes a beach waiter would come around. We didn't spend any time at the pool because it was very small and there were a ton of kids. The restaurant was decent but not really what we expected. ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Eric the concierge. He helped us get a reservation at GG's and the food was amazing!! The room is nice. It's on the 26th floor and has amazing views! The bed is super comfortable. The full kitchen is nice but could use a few more things like a cutting board and towels. We had a couple more girls join at the last minute and needed the pull out bed but it was zip tied together. I contacted Franklin and he responded the next day that the pull out is broken so he had a roll away sent up. Luckily, one girl was delayed so it worked out ok but if she had been there on time, someone would have had to sleep on the floor. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pull out was broken. It was great to have the Publix and liquor store across the street. Overall, it was a great stay!
