Family reunion
We had a great time for a family reunion, and the property easily accommodated 24 people! It would have been nice if there was one more bathroom, considering our group size. The house had good amenities and we had a lot of fun in the backyard as well. The host was responsive and the property was relatively close to the beach and other attractions.

Best Bachelorette Pad in Miami!
Had my bachelorette at Villa Parque and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had 15 girls comfortably stay. The host was very responsive and also had wonderful recommendations and discounts for activities like catering and boat rentals. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Family time AND pickleball? PRICELESS!
Eighteen members of our extended family (ages 5-72) stayed at Villa Parque for four nights and we hated to leave (in spite of the house being right next to a train crossing and hearing bells, whistles and trains even in the middle of the night). The seven bedrooms in the house had different bed size and number configurations, so young children were able to sleep with their parents, the 10-14 year old cousins happily shared rooms and a few of us had private rooms. The indoor and outdoor eating tables had ample seating for all of us. We appreciated and used the two washing machines and two dryers. The property manager was attentive and responsive, even having extra ping pong paddles we requested delivered to us on a Sunday morning. But it was the backyard that made our stay a 10+. We used all of it every day -- the ping pong, sand volleyball and particularly the pool and pickleball court. We felt the house was worth every rental penny we paid for it, as the space, backyard activities, convenience of having all our family under one roof and memories we created and shared made it a priceless four days.

Bachelorette party for sister
Everyone had so much fun despite the weather not letting us use the beautiful property enough but we made it work inside and going out at night. Every bedroom was perfect it was a dream for a group of 12 with nice finishing and amazing bathrooms and a kitchen. The living room and large table area is where we spend a lot of time there and loved it! Maid of honor (host - me) and bride to be said it was absolutely perfect.

Amazing bachelorette house!
We had the most amazing stay at this property! We had a group of ~20 girls for a bachelorette. The house could not have been more perfect. Everything was clean and we had enough beds for everyone. The back yard was great as we were able to swim, play pickle ball, and there were enough seats at the table for all of us to eat together! The host was super responsive and helpful! Would 100% recommend this place to any big group! Thank you George!

Incredible Bachelorette House
This was an absolutely perfect house for my sister's bachelorette weekend with 16 girls! The house definitely lived up to the hype of the amazing photos on the listing. We loved the modern vibe and it was very clean and comfortable with a ton of space. The backyard is incredible and felt like a resort. Having long tables in the kitchen and the backyard allowed us to all sit down for meals together which was great. The host was very communicative and accommodating and we felt safe staying there as a group of girls. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

Villa Parque is the perfect spot to stay with a large group. It combined incredible outdoor amenities (pool, pickleball, beach volleyball, putting green) with close proximity to Downtown Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. George was a great host. Delivering us accurate information and a clean home.

My group and I had the best time at Villa Parque. The house truly provided everything you need for a weekend away, with resort style living. The backyard is an amazing space that does not disappoint. Even with a group of 20 of us, it did not feel like a crowd. The house is spaced out perfectly. You won't regret staying here!

Great stay
Amazing backyard and great clean house - perfect for our large group with lots of teens. Kids enjoyed all the activities outside. House is close to groceries and easy to get around. Beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. The kids loved the trains that come by the house, and our group of adults didn’t mind, but note that a few trains come by overnight if you are a light sleeper. Overall a great stay - would definitely return.

Perfect North Miami VRBO for large parties
Very spacious property and amazing backyard. Perfect vacation home for a large group. George is also super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend staying at this property and will when we are back with our friends! It didn't bother our group at all, but the home is next to a train station. We didn't hear it at all at night, occasionally during the day IF we were home - again it was not bothersome.

My fiancé and I were looking to get away and relax. This property exceeded all expectations. From the location to the privacy we could have not found anything better. Lots of options when it comes to food delivery through door dash or uber eats. The yard is amazing and a full experience. We recommend this property for small groups or big groups as it has a whopping 6-7 bedrooms. 100% recommended.
