The chalet is situated amidst the family-friendly Galsterberg skiing and hiking area, almost right next to the valley station of the cable car. It is about 5km above Pruggern and can be accessed easily all year round by car, so you have unlimited recreational possibilities. You can also ski straight to the house.
High-quality Finnish cabin with a garden and hot tub, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Alpine surroundings, situated amidst the skiing and hiking area, for exploring the surroundings on extensive hiking and cycle tours, and with direct access to the piste in winter, or for relaxing in the romantic chalet with a private sauna.
Balconies on the ground floor and upper floor invite you to relax outdoors. The surrounding fenced garden with a lawn is an ideal place for children to play and run around. A hot tub invites you to relax.
The generous house with two floors, situated at 1200 metres above sea level with a view of Dachstein, will fulfil all your holiday wishes. Its ca. 200m² comprise five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four WCs, a sauna and a spa area, as well as a large living and dining room. You can relax from everyday life here and enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace, a relaxing sauna with a view of Dachstein or make yourselves comfortable on the roofed balcony with a glass of wine. The romantic chalet was built and furnished with a personal touch and attention to detail. It has a traditional atmosphere. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. It also has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, including a (coffee beans) coffee machine and all kinds of everyday utensils, along with a radio and satellite TV. The large living and dining room has a large dining table for enjoying meals together after cooking. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms. The first and second are furnished with a double bed, the third with two single beds. The first bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. There is also a second bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and WC. The cellar has a sauna with a dressing room and relaxation room, as well as a shower and a WC. There is also a room for storing ski equipment. The whole house except the upper floor has fully-automatic central heating (underfloor heating). Hand, bath and sauna towels, as well as bed linen, can be hired at a supplementary charge. A junior bed/cot (incl.bed linen) and a highchair can be provided on request. Wi-Fi and firewood are free.
Pruggern is in the Ennstal about 15km from Schladming. The 6km-long natural sledging piste is one of the longest in Austria. In winter, you can access the adjacent pistes directly in front of the house on skis, so you don’t need to cart equipment around. In summer, the location is an ideal starting point for countless hiking and cycling tours. You can go on cart rides or horse sleigh rides (payable). Enjoy wonderful holiday days amidst the most beautiful natural landscapes in Austria, with panoramic views, at 1200 metres above sea level.
Please note that smoking is prohibited in the house. Pets are subject to prior agreement. If you travel in the period 22.05.2018 - 30.06.2018 you get a hiking backpack, filled with food and drinks for ten people, for free (the content only).
