The customer service was good besides the one cleaning lady that approached me as I was heading to checkout the next day, saying to me I needed to go pay for the brunch that we basically had to walk through to get out the hotel. We never got any food, so it was very shocking for someone to walk up and make that statement when you had your luggage in your hands. I felt very offended by that, but besides that, the room smelled like dog, and the linens in the room was dirty, so I sent my husband to go and get more linen. We couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty with hairs and debris in it. We were there for my daughters birthday and it was really fun for her except the part about our room being dirty, I think if you are going to charge 150 or more for a room you should get a clean room at least.
