You have full access to our entire house, our property, pool, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Indoor Delights:**

This residence seamlessly harmonizes casual and formal spaces. The lower level unfolds with a wet bar, family room boasting a generous TV with streaming services, a gas fireplace, a theater room for nine, and a game room equipped with a pool table, multigame arcade machine, air hockey table, bubble hockey and two basketball arcade games one suitable for adults and the other for children.



**Main Living Space:**

Ascend to the second floor, where the main living space awaits. Revel in the comfort of the living area, graced by a gas fireplace and an expansive 85” smart TV. The formal dining room features a ten-person table, while the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, wine cooler, exotic granite countertops, and a four-person island. For our younger guests, children's dinnerware and a booster seat are available.



**Luxurious Bedrooms:**

Discover two primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home, each adorned with a sitting room, spacious walk-in closets, and en suite luxury baths featuring jetted tubs. The top level adds a touch of seclusion with a bedroom featuring a wet bar and a full en suite bath.



**Additional Information:**

- Streaming services available with guests' accounts.

- The pool is open from early Memorial Day through late September. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival.

- Enjoy free parking for up to 10 vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- Security is paramount, with active surveillance cameras on-site, including a Ring camera on the front door and two cameras facing the backyard.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked.

During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

$ per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

$3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
