- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Marea is a recently-built modern villa located in Scacciano, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera. This splendid structure is strategically placed to enjoy the equipped beaches and cultural wonders of the area. Thanks to its modern energy-saving technologies and elegant furnishings, Marea guarantees maximum comfort to its guests. The cosy bedrooms are all served by a bathroom with shower (ensuite or adjacent). Furthermore, Marea shares a border with its twin villa, Onda, offering the possibility of renting them together in the case of groups of friends or large families. From the villa you can easily reach the nearby beaches of Misano Adriatico, a town that boasts the Blue Flag for its clean waters and care for the environment, with its vibrant nightlife, many trendy clubs and excellent seafood restaurants. A few minutes' drive away is splendid Riccione, with its renowned seafront promenade, elected the most beautiful in Romagna, spas and amusement parks among the most famous in Italy.
Interior:
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to the large open-plan living area with sofa and smart TV, dining area and kitchen. The rooms are particularly bright thanks to the large French windows. This open-plan area has direct access to the garden, and enjoys a view of the swimming pool. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with divisible bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a laundry room and a guest bathroom. A modern staircase with wooden railing leads up to the attic floor with the rest of the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed), served by three bathrooms with shower, two of which are ensuite.
Park:
The garden extends over 200 sq m, with the elegant swimming pool as the focal point. Partially fenced with 120 to 180 cm-high wire mesh, it is divided between a lawn area and a paved area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The vegetation consists of hedges, palms and oleanders. In front of the pool is the cosy outdoor dining area, furnished with a wooden table and chairs, and equipped with an electric awning, perfect for enjoying pleasant aperitifs by the pool or delicious outdoor meals. The rear part of the villa is partly composed of a corridor that separates the structure from the neighbouring villa, Onda, bordered by beautiful flower pots and canes. The remaining rear portion of the garden is lawn, located at a slightly lower level than the rest of the villa.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Immersed in the greenery of the garden, the spacious swimming pool is located just in front of the entrance to the villa, a few steps away, and lies on a slightly raised level covered in ipe wood, with a couple of steps elevating it above the surrounding terrain. Of irregular shape and measuring approximately 45 sq m with the depth varying from 30 to 120 cm, the pool is lined in stoneware and has chlorine purification and a sand filter system. Access to the water is via a small beach entry for children or down brick steps. Adding a touch of magic, the pool is illuminated internally by LED lights, which also extend into the surrounding area. The solarium area, perfect for relaxing in the sun, is complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
