The space
This home boasts four spacious bedrooms, featuring a total of five queen beds, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. For extra comfort, there are two pull-out queen mattresses conveniently stored in the master closet. Enjoy two inviting living rooms, each designed for relaxation and entertainment, making them perfect spots to unwind after a day of adventures. The highlight of the home is our incredible Theater/Game Room, featuring arcade games, arcade basketball, foosball, air hockey, pool, and table tennis—ideal for endless fun!

Step outside to discover two beautiful balconies: one overlooks the inviting pool and backyard, while the other offers breathtaking views of the mountains, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening meals at sunset.

The refreshing heated pool and relaxing spa provide the ideal setting to unwind after a day at nearby Disneyland, Universal Studios, Laguna Beach, and the stunning beaches of Orange County. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, front yard, backyard and garage. Access is granted to the property via a smart lock with a key code sent prior to check in. Enjoy access to the entire property during the entirety of your stay!
Other things to note
- To enter the house, please use the front door. Check-in is easy via our keyless entry system—access code provided prior to arrival.
- An optional fee of $75 per day is available for heating the pool and spa. Let us know 24 hours in advance if you wish to use this service. If you choose not to heat the pool, please note that the pool and spa will not be heated. Please note, the pool/spa are heated to 85 degrees.
- Automated pricing may change, so we recommend booking now for the best rate.
- Please ensure back doors are locked correctly by pulling up on the handle of the left side door and turning the lock
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets or smoking on the property.
- Please respect our house rules, including quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
