Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator- 14 steps), this 3 bed + 4 bath offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, a 200 sqf terrace, high-speed internet, etc.

It's ideal for a business trip, a conference or to celebrate a special occasion amongst friends and family.

Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, and "mom and pop" stores. This apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, theaters, and so much more. You will not need a car unless it is extremely cold outside.

Free street parking can be found at times. A better option is the lot located 5 min away @ 400 rue de Malines ($21/night - subject to change).

Le Metro Sherbrook is 5 min walk away. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets.

Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal.

Other notes:

- This apartment has 1 indoor camera located in the entrance foyer (facing the front street door for break-in prevention only.) No live feed and no view inside the apartment. There is also a camera downstairs, in the service staircase, facing the door opening to the back lane. Again, this is for break-in prevention only. Lastly, there are 2 cameras in the storage area of the basement (which is not meant to be accessible to guests) to prevent theft.

- You will be asked to provide your email, phone number, and a copy of an ID on our secure platform once the booking is confirmed by VRBO.

- Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing.

- No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in.

- Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners.

- Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even on the balconies. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Parties are not permitted. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave.

IMPORTANT:
- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other kind of device that could keep the car from driving. We have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow, as a courtesy. Additionally, anyone driving SUV's, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds) or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid are encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines).

This apartment is in an amazing location and is stocked with everything you might need! In addition to well-furnished bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you could think of and then some. Even though it’s on a lively street, it’s very quiet at night. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Place in a Fantastic Neiborhood
The place was clean as spacious. The hosts were super responsive. Right in the middle of tons of restaurants, cafes and bars. Cute shops and easy access to Portuguese, Italian and Korean neighborhoods. Walking distance to Mount Royal goes right through a Portuguese neighborhood. Old Town is close by bet we really preferred the vibe in this neighborhood.

Seven of us stayed in the apartment for a long weekend and we appreciated the spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and patio. The entrance stairs took extra caution to climb so I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility concerns. Appreciate the prompt responses to our questions and overall cleanliness of the space.

Best spot in town may not be an exaggeration. The neighborhood is lively, charming, and to say 'no shortage of interesting places to eat' is an understatement. Observing the bicycle 'traffic' morning and evening while sitting on the terrace was a delight. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. (We also had great weather.) The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. Wifi was excellent. The written material about the apartment and the area was comprehensive and helpful. Hosts were quickly responsive to any questions we had. We'd stay here again in a minute.

Our group of 6 friends stayed here for a long weekend in early September. The condo was very comfortable for our group, with each bedroom having its own attached bath, plus an additional hall bath. The neighborhood is vibrant with tons of restaurants nearby. FAB has an excellent book with recommendations and all the info you could possibly need about the condo. Definitely recommend this condo and FAB for a stay in Montreal!

Great apartment in a fun Neighborhood
Property was just the way it was listed. Our group of three ladies each had their own bedroom & private bathroom which was amazing. Every night we would sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine & people watch. The only drawback is that the stairs to get into the property were a little steep for us 50 somethings but if you look around the 'hood, that's pretty much the architecture style all around. Great little coffee shop, breakfast place & classic French food within a few steps of the property & public transportation is close as well. We enjoyed our stay & would for sure rent here again if our travels take us back to Montreal!

Incredible!!!
Our stay was remarkable; the location was great and Sonia was quick to answer our call when we first arrived and the code didn't work. No worries; she gave us a new code and "voila" we were in. I was fortunate to get the front room with the balcony, where I sat enjoying experiencing Montreal wake up each morning with my coffee. My friends sleep in, so the quiet time on that beautiful balcony was lovely. The place was very clean, instructions were clear, and access to any activity was a breeze. We never needed our car. Each evening ended where I began; on the balcony, but now with a glass of wine and friends! Thanks so much!!!

Amazing stay in a beautiful city.
We had visited Montreal before but had stayed in old town. This time we wanted to stay in a more residential setting. This is a wonderful and very comfortable place to stay in. I was nervous a bit about parking and the owners were very communicative about making sure that I got my questions answered about where to park our minivan. The location is perfect to restaurants and convienence stores. Super easy to call an uber into downtown or old town or very close to the metro. The terrace is perfect and during the heat wave spent many evenings there. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay. we can't wait to visit again!!!

The apartment was well located, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The only problem was that the water temperature in the shower in the back bedroom was very hard to regulate. It came out scalding and stayed that way no matter what we did with the lever. But otherwise the place was great and I would recommend it.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We came to Montreal for a conference and wanted to avoid staying at the hotel and we wanted to find a place where we could rest and reminisce (as this was somewhat of a reunion for our little group as well). It was perfectly located off of the metro line making everything very accessible. The apartment is situated among a variety of wonderful restaurants and bakeries. There was construction happening on the main street and it was so quiet we never heard a thing until we stepped outside. Prior to arrival the owners were very communicative and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Montreal and hope to rebook when I come back with my family.
