Fantastic Stay!
This home was perfect for our family and is great if traveling with your pet as well. It is located close to pretty much everything in Montrose and is in a great, quiet neighborhood. It is a brand new, very clean home and was also very well stocked. The host was amazing as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in great neighborhood!
With 6 of my family members traveling to see my folks we needed a spot close to Cobble Creek that would fit us all, and this was the perfect spot! The price was perfect, and the property included plenty of parking for all of our vehicles, secure entry, ample space to hangout, plenty of beds, and enough room to store our stuff and set up my service dog’s kennel without it being in the way! Hosts did not require any verification for my dog (which I would have happily provided) and had a bed and toy ready for him when we arrived. Sure wish we could have stayed longer, but looking forward to staying again when we return in a few months!!

Hiking in Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
This property was a great location for visiting the National Park. The hosts were easy to contact and followed up promptly with any questions we had about the property. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the check in/out process was convenient. The hosts also checked in with us to make sure that we didn’t have any problems. We would stay at this property again.

The owners thought of everything for our stay. The house was spotless and had all of the essentials for a great vacation rental home. Out entire family felt like it was a great choice. The only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer.

This house was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, and my two girls loved the room with the bunk beds. There was even a fun nightlight we could put out for them, and a box of magnatiles in one of the closets. We will absolutely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Montrose!

Our stay at the home was wonderful. It was a beautiful house with a great location. It was extremely clean with amazing little touches from the host throughout. The freedom to use the garage was great and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. This is probably the best place we have stayed thru any hosting site and would most definitely stay again. The host was incredibly kind, communicative and accommodating most definitely recommend.

5 stars!!!
We were in town for a family celebration and the Colorado House was home for the 9 of us for the weekend. When we walked in, everything was SO CLEAN and welcoming. We struggled with the code to get in, so I messaged the property owners and got a very quick response. Great communication throughout our stay! The home is so well equipped with everything to make it a truly relaxing vacation time - dishes, linens, soaps, coffee, creamer, laundry soap, spare toothbrushes...even some bottled water in the fridge! Large closets and bathrooms. There was a pack n play as well. Every person had a bed and slept great. The beds and bedding were really comfortable - much better than I've had other places. The view of the mountains to the south from outside was absolutely gorgeous and we had fun checking out the pond nearby. The back yard is not fenced, but is clearly lined with rocks, so made it easy for kids to stay in the yard. It's not far from town, so we were easily able to run errands and do our activities, while enjoying being out of the way a bit during down time. It is clear that our hosts care about their property and guests and have put the time and effort into making a true vacation spot. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay, would recommend it hands down, and would stay again!!
