Stay in our modern 3-level apartment with large windows located on the edge of Réseau Natura 2000! Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet complex, this BRAND NEW, eco-friendly building will provide you with the opportunity to relax while experiencing a unique nature-friendly holiday.

Our unique and modern 3-level space is situated in a building designed with an innovative and eco-responsible approach. Geneva, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy are all situated within an hour's drive of our unit. On the edge of the Natura 2000 area, you'll enjoy all that this protected nature reserve has to offer! Step out your door and explore this beautiful region on the biking walking trails before diving into the lake with supervised swimming in the summer. This is also a wonderful place for bird watching along the ornithological trails or playing tennis on the 2 courts on-site. Our charming 37m2 space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6!
Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with a Double bed in each room. There is also a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Prepare for the day in the 2 BATHROOM with showers. Towels are provided!
After a day of bird watching, retreat to our modern LIVING AREA. Turn on the TV and watch your favourite French shows or movies or reconnect with loved ones using the Wi-Fi. Take a breath of fresh air out on your spacious 17m2 Rooftop Terrace!
Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a fridge, stovetop, a microwave grill, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! Grill up a storm outside by renting a BBQ on-site for €5!
Our property is conveniently located at Village Vacances Le Village des Oiseaux. If you are bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, there is 1 FREE parking space available on-site per unit. Additional parking can be purchased for €5/day. Please let us know if you'd like to bring a pet with you and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/day or €46/week. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted and pets are not permitted during school holidays.

Abbaye d'Hautecombe, a historic monastery overlooking the lake Bourget, is a sight you can't miss. The old town of Annecy, little Venice, is just 30 km away!
