- There are 2 additional bedrooms that are locked and restricted from guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. There are 2 Ring doorbell devices with exterior security cameras facing the front and back outdoor entries, 1 camera on the back of the home facing the pool/backyard, and 1 camera on the far side of the house facing the parking area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
