l'emplacement est à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage avec parking privé et entrée. Une voiturette de golf est disponible. Il est situé dans un parc à sécurité contrôlée avec lac, piscines intérieure / extérieure et autres activités sportives.

My children and I loved our cute little cottage near the beach. We love that it is pet friendly we traveled with our two dogs. We also loved there is a golf cart is included.

Good location home needs a lot of TLC

location is great and super close to the beach.It's a very beautiful and scenic neighborhood. Although small, the house itself was otherwise nice and easy instructions were provided to access it. The owners are superfast to respond to any questions.New washer n dryer. Had a bad odour issue like water damage/ mold, had breathing issues and skin irritation.The faucet in the bathtub broken.bed too mushy  and old, needs to be replaced.Internet dropped a couple of days in the afternoon making it difficult to work.The wall in the bathroom is broken.The walls in the kitchen are broken and need to be repaired. The front door is broken and needs repaired.There were 2 pods of dish detergent pods provided for a week's stay , need to have at least 7.There were 2 Laundry detergent tablets provided for a week's stay of 4 adults.The quality of the dishes, cookware,spoons and cups etc were not good. Lots of plastic stuff and unmatched stuff.No extra trash bags provided.The home didn't feel inviting.

Great location and Area

The location is great. There are a lot of amenities. Description was accurate. Would book in the area but not this specific house again. We left early. The air conditioning in the house just can’t keep the house cool throughout the day. It stayed at 80 plus degrees during the day inside the home. The house is for sale and we had a bunch of random people stop by and asked to look at it while we were there. There are a lot of stickers in the ground outside, and they were stuck in the rugs inside the house when we checked in. I pulled the rugs up and we just didn’t use them. So there was no use of the yard of cooking equipment outside. There was pet hair all over the furniture when we checked in. I know that it is a pet friendly house it just made it feel as though it wasn’t cleaned appropriately. Overall our experience was great and the host were great and responsive.

16 out of 17 ratings 10/10 i do not know how. parking spaces 4 not, maybe 2 if small vehicles, No DVD player, 3 out of 5 beach chairs broken, priced to high for the condition of place, floors, walls and cabinets are dirty food on them, ad said fishing catch and release all lake had signs saying "please no fishing", yard has plants with burs could not take dogs out there, no ice maker (ice cube trays) which were dirty ,Ice was black on bottom, house smelled, I spent first 3 days cleaning and doing laundry for the house, smell went away. spoke to owner he is checking out what out what is going on with his house cleaner. Owner did do a very small refund. we were not happy, the location to beach was great, very hot water a plus to me, very quite area. Loved the area.

Wonderful cottage, walking distance to the beach!

We loved the friendliness of the hosts and had no issues. They even had an extra tank of propane ready for when the BBQ ran out.

Loved the Location

Nice quiet neighborhood in the off season. Everyone was so friendly. We chose this location because it allowed our pet to travel with us. It was a perfect set up for what we required. Some of the floors had soft spots, but it was clean and reasonable. Loved the use of the golf cart and the dog park.

Great location & cute beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside Village. The cottage's location can't be beat! It is a short golf cart ride to the ocean and close to all of the amenities in the village. The owners were easy to get a hold of and the cottage was clean and comfortable.

This cottage was very cozy and close to the beach. My family and I were sad to leave but we will certainly come back! The owner got back to us right away concerning any and all questions we had during our stay.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, the owners were very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, a short distance to the breach. Everything worked properly. It was a nice vacation home away from home.

Excellent property

Property was very clean and has a great location to the beach. Having use of the golf cart made it even easier to get to the beach which is only a couple blocks away. Had an issue with not getting any water and was able to get ahold of the owners instantly. Had problem solved immediately. Would definitely recommend this property, loved everything about it.

Had a very nice stay.

Nice community. Loved driving around in the golf cart, I have to say. Made all the amenities easy to get to. Granddaughter loved the rides. The house was enough, all we needed. Everyone got their own bedroom. All in all we had a very nice time.

Cottage by the beach

We were happy with the cottage. The listing said there would be a DVD player and there was not. We couldn't get the morning news or any nightly news. We like CBS This Morning and Evening news with Lester Holt. Could only get the news from the day before.

The place was a dump for the money you paid ! I would never rent it again . The dryer was broke the whole time no dishwasher no ice maker . We have been coming to osv for 10 years ! This was the worst house we ever had ! The rest of our families was there and paid nowhere the money we did and there houses was so nice and all of them came with golf carts dishwasher and water hose out front to wash off chairs ! This was the worst house we ever rented!

Last minute get away

Robert was extremely accommodating and answered questions promptly. The house was close to the beach, and use of the golf cart was a plus! The house was well equipped to make meals throughout the week.
