Your unit includes a private balcony with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the utensils for gourmet meals. The spacious living and dining area offers seating for 6 with spectacular views. The living room has a new large 85" TV and all Wi-Fi is free. Sleeping accommodations include one king in master with private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds.with private access to second bath. The living room has been renovated with a plush leather sectional . Complex amenities included two Ocean front swimming pools , sundeck, hot tubs, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6' below level to 7'3" on all upper levels. We offer 2 elevators for the south tower and 2 elevators for the north towers. One Ocean offers private entrance to ocean with outdoor showers. We do give 2 parking passes to your unit. They will be in your unit upon entry. No trailers or golf carts allowed. No smoking, no pets. All linens are included. Maximum occupancy is 6.
