4 bedroom home sleeps 8 with large family room kitchen with an island that seats 4. Jack and Jill bathrooms. Large back deck overlooks pond front porch overlooks pond. Home is in Oceanside Village great community with free beach parking. Has indoor pool outdoor pool splash pad. Basketball, baseball field, tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes and bocce

I rent home from Saturday to Saturday.

There are blink cameras outside on golf cart, front door and driveway for the security of my home.

We have a pack and play to use as crib for little one and do provide beach towels too

Sweet Spot
My husband and I stayed in this adorable sweet spot for my 60th birthday. We walked the Brookgreen gardens and Huntington Beach State Park and oh course the beautiful beach. The house was very clean and accommodating to all our needs. Great location! Michelle was extremely kind and very accommodating with scheduling and making sure everything was ready for our stay. Delightful place and host, thank you very much.

A wonderful beach house and community. 4 minute walk to the beach, golf cart community. The residents were very nice. Indoor pool was perfect for the chilly winter days. Was more than a house, it was a home for our stay.

Great location
The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too.

Family time
We had a wonderful time at the rental. The home was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is just right for seeing and doing everything that we wanted. The little community was friendly, with the neighbors waving as you would pass.

The stay was very lovely. All things that we needed or would desire were available (beach towels, sand buckets, golf cart, cooking supplies, games, etc). The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy! Very convenient location( easy access to indoor pool, basketball court, pond, beach). We have stayed at Oceanside Village for years and this property was one of our favorites- even plenty of yard space.

This was a well-maintained home near the beach. Family room/dining area was open and accommodating for our group of 8. The use of the Golf cart was awesome! Beds were comfy. Nice to have 4 toilets with the size of our group-lol! I know it may sound funny to mention, but it was really appreciated! Host responded timely to concern of A/C unit. The only "issue" would have been with your cleaning staff-wish they were finished before check-in as we couldn't truly check-in till almost 5. But that is not on the host. Would stay here again!!

Great Stay for Beach
Stayed for a Coastal Carolina graduation week. Excellent place to enjoy the Ocean while avoiding big tourist areas. Nice walkable beach restaurant and also a short drive from lots of good food in Murrells Inlet. The golf cart is an added bonus especially for a quick grocery store trip.

Loved the house. Everything was in good working condition and the convenience to the beach access was excellent. Never used the golf cart because the walk to the beach with our dog was so easy. Will definitely stay there again!

Great little beach house
Can't beat the location! About an 8 min walk to the beach. Or drive the golf cart. Even better! We had everything we needed, host was available and very helpful. Loved the golf cart rides (didn't think we'd even use it, but it was fun and helpful for getting beach stuff to the beach too!) Everything was clean, we had plenty of space. Kids enjoyed the front yard space too! Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

The place was as advertised plenty of rooms and beds. Nice to have you own bathroom with Jack and Jill bath/ showers. The only thing that needs to be changed is the shower liners where black and need to be changed. Overall nice and quiet with everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Great Spot!
The house and location to the gated beach access was spectacular! Golf cart was great! Clean as a pin and loaded with regular items needed was very much appreciated. If I were to get picky, I’d say the mattresses need to be upgraded, but the current ones did not take away from a great trip! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Excellent time
This rental met all of our needs - great price, beds for all of us, and a golf cart to get to the beach. We had a fantastic time, the location was great - quite literally a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with access to private beach parking. Within Oceanside Village, we utilized the playground, the outdoor pool, the splash pad, and the indoor pool — it was SOOO convenient that the house is a 30 second walk from the indoor pool! It was a quiet area, which we loved, and it was a safe place to take walks with our kids. Our children loved how comfy the beds were and the big couch served us well. The kitchen was stocked well and we used it a lot. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs, and we’re glad we rented this house. If we get a chance to come back to the beach again, we’ll definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for a family
We loved this house! Close to the beach, all one level (great for my parents), nice golf cart, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to texts with any questions. This kitchen was the most well stocked VRBO I have ever seen. We will be back .

A bit of a disappointment
To begin with, when we arrived shortly after 4 (check in time), the cleaning crew was still there. They didn’t leave until just a few minutes before 5. They also left a load of sheets still running in the dryer and we had to re-dry some of the towels put out for us because they were still pretty damp. While I understand that this issue was not under the owners direct control, she never once acknowledged the incident(other than asking me if the dryer was working) or apologized for the inconvenience. Also, I contacted her because in the evenings it would get quite hot in the house. The highest it reached was 78 degrees. The owners response to this issues was it was fine, that all air conditioning units cannot keep a house cooler than 10 degrees below what them temp is outside. I have never heard this before, nor had this happen at any other house I have ever stayed in on previous vacations. The house was clean per say but it was obvious that the house has not had a deep cleaning in quite sometime. The baseboards were very dusty/dirty, the walls had a lot of dirty places on them, and some of the blinds had stains on them to name a few of the things we noticed. I will say that the owner did respond to any questions and the golf cart was a nice touch. My family and I did really enjoy staying in Oceanside Village, my children loved the splash pad and the pool. Overall the issues with the house were disappointing but we made the best of the trip and truly did enjoy the area.

Surfside Vacay
We had a great time - location had everything we needed for home and beach. If I had to say anything I would suggest a queen bed in the master and a TV in kids room. Otherwise everything was perfect. Owner was great and answered all my questions quickly. Would recommend this home to anyone. The location was close to the beach and overlooked the pond were we feed the ducks and geese daily.

We had a wonderful time at Oceanside Village! Happy Daze was roomy, extra large living room/dinner space. The beds comfortable, basic amenities in place, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soaps, spices, dishes, pots towels and sheets. The indoor pool and weight room is LITERALLY 30 paces off the back of the house. It was great having a key card to Oceanside village parking lot for the golf carts / cars at the beach, with the Conch Cafe next door. The outdoor pools were built for families, one pool very shallow the splash zone and one pool deeper about 5 ft. Watch out for all the ducks, geese, swans and turtles that would pop up at the 3 ponds in the village. We had access to their golf cart and my girls had a blast - must have a license to drive but the gold carts are everywhere with everyone having a great time. The AC, and internet were strong and they had TV on demand too. Would I go there again YES!
