The beginning of check in was just ok. It appears that the person who you get to check you in will determine what kind of service you get. I saw a representative providing great service, providing details and asking the guest what they would like to experience. They even gave their cards to contact them if anything was needed. Unfortunately, I got the representative who did not know how to work her computer. Informed me that my credit cards were being declined, I called bank and they stated it was never declined but actually has been charged. When I approached the representative again she stated oh yeah it did go through. She rushed through the check in and when I asked about the day pass for the next day ‘she stated she was about to get to that’. She gave me rough directions to my room which resulted in me running around getting lost I then ran into an employee with a cart escorting another guest and asked for directions. He stated that the front desk should have offered to have an escort. He was kind enough to escort me. The resort would benefit from calibration on customer service so that great service occurs as the norm as opposed to a lucky draw based on the person you get.
