In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. The good: Great location. Easy accessibility to local venues. Covered parking easy in and out from property. The not so good: Bedroom was located right next to the only elevator on the floor so heard the sounds of people getting to and from the elevator all night as well as the sound of the elevator as it was moving. Asked for another room away from the elevator but was told there was no other room to put us in, even though there was an “vacancy “ sign on the outside of building. Unable to completely close bathroom door without slamming it shut. There were 2 hot tubs on property but one was cold and the other was filthy first 2 days there. Had to go to management to ask for it to be cleaned (at least they did empty and refill). People staying in room below us had music so loud couldn’t have conversation in own room without shouting. Was not taken care of when I called the property owner about the situation. Eventually had to go down to front office to complain before it was resolved.

Not for short people
The decor of this condo is excellent...colorful, beachy, cheerful. Unless you are tall (over 5'3") or a gymnast, this condo is not for you. The bed is 33" off the ground. Not good for short people, especially if you are not agile. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The high table has seating for 2; again, okay if you're tall. I did see the high table in the photos and I should have inquired about an alternate eating table but I didn't, so that's on me. The sofa bed was as expected, not comfortable for TV viewing. The adirondack chairs on the deck were the most comfortable chairs in the whole condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck. The female at the desk, who spoke very little English, was of no help during check in. Thankfully there was a man who spoke fluent English who was helpful. All walkways were very well lit, which we appreciated, and the elevators are very fast, also appreciated.

Slightly Disappointing
Unfortunately things could have been a lot better. I am not one to complain….however….this place could have been better. Please spray for roaches. We killed about 10 baby roaches while there. Also. No water pressure from the shower head. I literally had to put my head under the tub faucet to rinse my hair. Also the keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. After making my coffee…I had to put it in the microwave to get it hot. It was like warm at best after brewed.

Would Stay Again
We didn’t utilize the property’s amenities, but all seemed fine. The condo we stayed in was clean, updated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The coffee maker uses k cups, but I roast my own coffee beans and travel with my own equipment. We loved walking the surf to watch the sun rise each morning and it was hard to leave. Casanita Properties was very responsive and helpful, so I would certainly check with them in the future.

Myrtle Beach stay for Two
Cleanliness was amazing, I am a very particular person and this was probably the most clean of a condo we have stayed. Perfect size for 2 people, the decor was minimal but just right! We would have preferred a low top table and chairs, not high top table and seating people. The view was incredible!

Nice, quick getaway in Myrtle Beach
Room was clean and well furnished. Host was very accommodating and checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. No complaints about the unit but would recommend they put curtains over the bedroom window as the room is directly in front of the elevators and lights from the hallway peeks through the blinds. Also be aware that the parking garage for the building has a pretty low clearance of 6'7" and the overflow lot across the street is very limited in spots. Not sure if the lot is regularly monitored as we often saw vehicles with no parking permits parked there. No fault of the host, of course. The location of the building is super convenient to shopping and restaurants, plus you can see the sky wheel and fireworks from the oceanfront balcony. Would definitely recommend, just make sure your vehicle will fit in the parking garage!

Great place on the beach
This rental is perfectly located right on the beach a short walkable distance to the boardwalk. Enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks across the street and a few restaurants/ dive bars within a couple blocks. The rental itself was just like the pictures. It’s on the smaller side of condos but good size for a couple. The bed is comfortable and clean. Furniture in good shape. The view in this rental is great. We didn’t eat in the rental so we didn’t utilize the kitchen. Appreciated the gated attached parking garage with the extra feeling of security to our vehicle. I will say this unit is directly across from the elevator fyi. Water pressure in shower is very low so that would be the only complaint really. This unit also does not have a washer or dryer so buy some towel clips ahead of time to hang stuff on balcony to dry ! Would stay here again if staying on this side of MB. Enjoyed our time greatly. Thank you !

Beautiful view of the ocean! Beautifully decorated and clean. The only 2 things that could be improved were the shower head did not have much water pressure and the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise, we had an awesome time!

Vacation with grandsons
We take our grandsons, now 13 and 12, on vacation every year and this year chose Myrtle Beach. We very much enjoyed this property and it was exactly as seen in the pictures. We did bring an air mattress to use on top of the fold out couch so our grandsons would be comfortable. The view and pools, including the Lazy River, were all fantastic and we were in close proximity to many of the activities we wanted to do (SkyWheel, Boardwalk at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium and much more).The hosts communicated with us to see if we needed anything, but we were fine and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was that when you open the door to the apt, you walk straight into the bedroom, also there was no door on the bedroom. All in all, it wasn't a problem for us and we were glad we chose this vrbo.

Nice getaway
The condo was clean and nice. The one thing we absolutely did not like was having people constantly slide brochures through our door. People are allowed into the complex and the doors while locked can still be pushed open enough for flyers to be inserted. This means it doesn’t feel totally safe, having someone rattle your door several times a day.
