Welcome to Timber Ridge Lodge at Wolf Creek, an exquisite luxury retreat nestled in the heart of nature, offering year-round beauty and unparalleled pleasure. Located just 1.5 miles away from Wolf Creek Marina and the Campbells Landing boat ramp, this magnificent custom-built timber frame home provides a serene and secluded haven for up to 16 guests.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a deep wrap-around covered deck, elevated amidst the treetops, providing breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. Step inside to discover a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with a stunning waterfall quartz island, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. The lodge also boasts a convenient laundry room equipped with top-of-the-line LG appliances, a mini-fridge, and a commercial ice maker.

The great room, with its soaring 18-foot ceilings, offers a spacious and inviting area to gather and relax. With four bedrooms, three full baths, and an office space, Timber Ridge Lodge ensures ample room for everyone to unwind and rejuvenate. Outside, guests can gather around the fire pit or showcase their grilling skills on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. Nearby hiking trails beckon you to explore the natural wonders of the area.

The lodge features two private master suites on the first floor, one appointed with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. A sizable second-floor bedroom awaits, boasting two queen beds and a small private office cubby. The third floor presents an open space adorned with four queen beds, an entertainment center, a giant lounging beanbag, and even a skee-ball machine, offering endless entertainment possibilities.

Perfect lake getaway

By far the best VRBO rental we have ever been to. The entire process from communication, to check in, to the actual property was a 10 out of 10.. Sarah was great and the next time we come to the lake we hope to stay here again!

Beautiful serenity

We rented this beautiful home for 4 nights with 3 families. The house totally surpassed our expectations. It was pristinely clean, the kids loved hanging out in the loft area and the beautiful porch outdoors was the highlight of our evenings when we got back from our planned destinations. The kids loved playing the games the house provided, having campfires and nightly movies outside on the porch. We took 3 day trips while we were here. We stated our first day at Cumberland State Park to hike some trails and see the beautiful waterfall. Our second day we drove and did the Historic Mammoth Cave tour. Our last day we rented a 13 person Tritoon from Happy Camper RV park. We dealt with Barry and he was fabulous. We rented a 3 person tube and the kids tubes all day down the river. It was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this home to anyone. Just know that you will be doing some driving to destinations but the scenery is beautiful so it was worth the driving. Thanks Sarah again for letting us enjoy your home and making forever family memories :)

Best VRBO experience

Sarah and her husband went above and beyond to make our stay here absolutely perfect. We came down with a large group and they made sure each and every person was well-accommodated. The house is beautiful- I can’t say enough about the outdoor area! Beautiful and serene place relax in the mornings and evenings. They also have a lot of knowledge and experience with Cumberland and have so many good suggestions on places to go or marinas to rent from. Just a 5 minute drive to Wolf Creek Marina. Whether it’s 2 people or a large group, this home is the way to go! We’ll definitely be back and look forward to our next stay here Love, The Future Peters!

Best July 4th

We had a fabulous time celebrating the 4th at Sarah’s house. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The wrap around porch with hummingbirds galore was relaxing for coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening. We arrived to a welcome note and fresh baked cookies. The third floor is great for group of kids and plenty of room downstairs for adults. We will be back!!!

Wonderful retreat to the woods.

Loved the home. So neat and clean and left us with no worries or issues. We went to the lake. We hiked and did some short walks. Grilled oit and made a bonfire. Great long weekend away. Super Hosts!!!! Thank you.

Ladies Trip

My family has been doing a mother daughter weekend for a number of years and this year was one of the best because the house was exactly what we needed. We did get extremely lucky with the weather, which meant we could spend most of our time on the beautiful wraparound porch. The living area was also fantastic for dinners and games. Prior to our stay, Sarah was so easy to communicate with and always willing to answer questions. We definitely recommend staying here

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family gathered from different areas of the US for Thanksgiving at Timber Lodge! What a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Sarah, the host, was more than accommodating and absolutely attentive to any questions. Everything we needed for a fabulous holiday was on hand! We loved hiking in the woods and finding geode rocks to remeber our time there. We would definitely recommend the home and visit again.

We have enjoyed our time here, the place was much nicer than the pictures, everything was great, neat and clean, I highly recommend this place for large groups/ families. We spent most of our time on the deck and enjoyed the comfy seating and the sound system. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were excellent with excellent water pressure and luxuries showers. We highly recommend the place.

Perfect Autumn get away

We had a wonderful weekend at Sara‘s during a beautiful fall foliage getaway. The house was perfect and Sara was constantly in touch with us making sure everything was OK. The house was clean, the woodstove was cozy, the porch was welcoming and the hiking was awesome right outside their street. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend.

Great place to stay and relax!

This property was gorgeous inside and out. Steve and Sara are excellent hosts and have done an awesome job with attention to details inside and out to make your stay relaxing and hassle free. Even if you don't go to the lake, just to hang out and enjoy the wrap around deck and watch nature. Marina is just a short drive away and has very friendly staff as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
