The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa bed, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix, and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.s
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink located at the back of the kitchen.
PARKING:
The property benefits from having a small free parking space directly outside the house however this can sometimes be taken. The house also benefits from a Car Park directly outside which is only ÂŁ3 per day Monday - Saturday should you need to park more than one car. (PLEASE NOTE: we will not take any responsibility for guests that get tickets because of not displaying these permits correctly).

When going from the property into Nantwich, itâs always best to go in on foot as you are already in the centre.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
Just park up, leave your car there, and stroll into the beautiful town of Nantwich. Nantwich also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: ÂŁ1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a ÂŁ1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: ÂŁ20/hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): ÂŁ20/hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of ÂŁ250âÂŁ500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of ÂŁ50âÂŁ150 (depending on length of stay)
