This sprawling 10-acre vineyard estate features a contemporary Italian villa covered in vines nestled in the Lovall Valley, a mere 4 miles from the vibrant Sonoma Plaza. 

Spanning 5,285 square feet of meticulously designed living space, Villa Paradiso is an entertainer's dream. The main house boasts views from every room, 3 bedrooms with  ensuite bathrooms, with a fourth bedroom accessible at one end, and the fifth bedroom is located in the guest house, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Interior Details
Enter through the courtyard, adorned with a fountain and mature landscaping, into the expansive great room. This central hub encompasses a living area, complete with a fireplace, and a dining space, and bar nook all framed by windows offering views of the outdoor living room, pool, and pool house. 

The south side of the house is graced by a spacious primary bedroom with a generous closet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a relaxing tub and indoor and outdoor showers. Down the hall, two more ensuite bedrooms await, situated beyond a sitting area with a desk.

On the north side, adjacent to the great room, discover a chef's kitchen boasting a 6-burner cooktop, Viking professional double oven, Miele dishwasher, subzero refrigerator, and ample counter space with bar chairs. The kitchen transitions seamlessly into a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace and vaulted wood ceilings extend to the kitchen area. 

Adjacent to the kitchen, the media room with its large screen TV and comfortable leather seating, invites guests to settle in and watch a favorite movie or sporting event. A discreet door leads to the courtyard, providing quick access to the fourth ensuite bedroom. 

Through the garage is a well-equipped gym with several pieces of exercise equipment including a treadmill and a Peloton bike.

Step outside the great room to a covered outdoor living room, complete with seating, an inviting fireplace, pizza oven, and a television. The adjacent outdoor kitchen area invites al fresco culinary adventures. ?Between the outdoor living room and the guest house lies the inviting pool and inground spa. The one-bedroom guest house with a fireplace features a bathroom that conveniently doubles as a pool bathroom. 

Exterior Details
Landscaped with care, the pool courtyard offers several dining tables, lounge chairs, and an additional covered outdoor seating area, all illuminated at dusk.

Villa Paradiso has a one-of-a-kind par 3 hole adjacent to the house. It features a long fairway leading to a putting green with two sand traps for chipping practice, and a tee box set above the fairway. 

Others can engage in lively games of ping pong or bocce, and as the day winds down, savor a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the seating area with a firepit, offering panoramic views of Lovall Valley and the hills, and the surrounding vineyards of Villa Paradiso.

Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire.  On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.

House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September.
