My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was perfectly located and the unit itself was plenty of space for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and town. The pool on property was better than expected. Hope to stay again in the future!

This property is very clean and a 2.5 minute walk from your door to the beach water!
The appointment is very clean and the check-in process was easy. The property manager was fantastic. The apartment is incredibly close to the beach, and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The entire property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. They have several beach chairs, a cooler on wheels and an umbrella for guests to use. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Experience!
Location, location, location! This condo could not be in a more perfect location in the Naples area! We could walk right across the street to the beach and I y two blocks from amazing restaurants and shops. The condo is newly renovated and well kept. The pool is a nice size and Trista was very accommodating and great to work with. We will be back!

Fabulous Vacation!
Trista is an excellent host. She was very communicative and responds promptly to any request or question. She is extremely pleasant and professional. Additionally, she shared a list of local restaurants and activities which we found helpful. The apartment is clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even sunscreen are provided. The kitchen has every cooking utensil and appliance needed for meal preparation. Fabulous location - 1/2 block from the beach and a block from restaurants and stores. A lovely place to stay! Thank you, Trista.

With my husband recovering from knee replacement surgery, we were looking for a relaxing get-away with no stairs and short steps to pool or beach. This unit was simply stellar in being suitable to all our needs. Trista is highly communicative and answered all of questions. She has the place well-organized with simple instructions outlined. Despite proximity to all amenities, it's a quiet, safe area and the beach was fairly vacant. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great Location
Location is great with walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. The pool is nice but there are no umbrellas for shade. A beach umbrella is provided with the condo but it only shades 2 people; it would be ideal if 2 umbrellas were provided. The golf cart taxi guy is fantastic! Over all a great vacation option and we will consider rebooking.

The best way to enjoy old Naples
We’ve been visiting Naples for nearly 20 years, but our stay in this immaculate, perfectly located condo was a completely different experience! Being able to walk to all the best restaurants and shops, the pier, the beach, and the city dock was incredible. The high-end finishes made for a luxurious stay. The beds were comfortable with the right weight bedding for SW Florida. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The host was a great communicator and left some Naples treats for us to enjoy upon arrival. We’ve already told our Naples-loving family and friends that this condo must be their next accommodation in our favorite town. Everything is as pictured. A truly five star stay.

Great spot!
I started my time with 2 teenagers who loved walking to beech and pool and town, then I had my parents visit who are both close to 80. They also were comfortable walking to beech snd dinner and to get coffee every morning. I would def be back. The place was updated and clean and staff was very helpful! Nothing bad to report!!!

Adorable condo in perfect location
We were in town for a sports camp at Paradise Sports Complex 20 minutes down the road with our two teens. The location of our condo could not be beat. One block to the Pier. One block to shops and restaurants. The pool also is huge. Everything up to date and adorable inside. If we have occasion to return to Naples we will book Mariner 118 again!

Great place to stay if you want to take full advantage of Naples! All of the great things to do are a couple of hundreds yards away in either direction. Our host was great! And the Condominium was super clean and just big enough to get the job done. Love the place.
