Great space for family
We had 8 adults and 2 children under 3 and this property was a great fit for all of us. It is a modern feel and nicely decorated with all the amenities. The location is also a plus and allowed us to walk to several local places. Shay was very helpful and communicated quickly.

date mix-up, poor communication
looks nice from the outside. we made a mistake and wanted thanksgiving but accidentally booked for the week before. so we arrived to find the house occupied. that's on us. that said, even a week after scheduled departure, the owners had never messaged to ask where we were and if we were ok. i'd call that poor communication. at least, when i messaged a week after scheduled departure, they did agree to refund the cleaning fee.

My 60th birthday celebration!
Everything was very nice, we all enjoyed our stay! We did have some issues with the pool/hot tub. The hot tub never really seemed to get very hot. The pool didn't seem to have enough water in it. But overall was a wonderful stay. Thank you! Laurie

Beautiful home in very nice area. All comforts of home and then some. Beach is close by, pool and outdoor area is amazing with outdoor kitchen and sitting area. Kitchen, bedrooms and living area are very spacious and comfortable. Two master bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stock. Thanks Shay for great stay!

Fun in Naples
The property is abundantly stocked with basics, has comfortable beds and furniture, great selection of eating and cooking utensils. It worked great for our multi generation party. It's a mild walk to the beach and a quick drive if you prefer. Lots of umbrellas and beach chairs, including a cart to schlep it all in at the beach. Host responses to questions were incredibly fast. We'd definitely go again.

Fantastic house and great location
Stayed for 17 days with my wife, two daughters, their spouses and my grandson. The house is beautiful and actually larger than I anticipated. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were perfect for gathering, eating, playing …. Shay was super attentive as a host - responding to questions and request minutes after I sent them. The pool was always at 85 degrees and perfect for swimming. Highly recommend this house.

An amazing house!
This house is absolutely beautiful! High end finishes and gorgeous modern decor. The place was immaculate upon arrival. The few times we had questions, Shay was immediately available and handled any minor concern. Beaches are close as is Mercato! The neighborhood is going through a transition but overall is a great location, safe and desirable. The only thing I could even think that would make it better would be to have some area screened in outside. I think we would have sat outside in the evenings more if so. BUT this did not detract from our 5 out of 5 star 5 week stay! Thank you Shay for an amazing vacation home!

Great Naples vacation
This was a new, well appointed home with attentive host. Our family of 5 enjoyed the amenities of the spacious layout, lanai and pool/hot tub. The bikes were handy for trips to the beach and we used the outdoor grill often. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for Naples Park and a newer property. A+

The Best 60th Birthday girls getaway!!!!!
This was absolutely the cleanest nicest property!!!!! We were 7 women staying here for my sisters 60th Birthday and all I can say is no one wanted to leave!!!!! Naples Gem
Naples Gem should be the name of this house. Everything about this home is perfection. The layout and decor of this home is absolutely stunning. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. It had everything and more to make our memorial weekend one for the books. The owners are accommodating, answered my requests promptly and were absolutely lovely to deal with. Our family of 10 and fur baby were very comfortable and happy in this home that is a short drive to the best beaches in Naples, groceries and restaurants. We’d be back!!

A home you won't stop talking about!
Family came down to see my niece graduate. From the first interaction with Shay/Sue you are treated like family! They respond so fast answer every question and take the time to respond accordingly! The home was not only stunning but extremely comfortable clean and tidy! We all had our own spaces but the family areas we were not on top of one another the lay out of the home is a beautiful open floor plan again breathe taking! Six adults and five children ranging from 16-3. The pool area was perfect who ever wasn't swimming and didn't want sun still got to be a part of family activities because of the outside seating area toys,life jackets to a tv and fan everyone was happy! The neighborhood has so many hidden gems from good pizza,tacos to coffee. We took morning walks to coffee and definitely put the bikes provided to use. The older children never once said they were bored! Shay also left a binder of everything you may need down to some of there favorite spots to visit and to eat. We had a couple beach days and with having the garage equipment with things from umbrellas seats to a beach tent we were able to enjoy ourselves longer especially with having three children under 4 it's was definitely appreciated that those items where there for our use! We were even greated by a manatee the second beach day!! If you have an extended family or a group of friends that you vacation with this is the home for you! It did not disappoint we can't wait to come back to make more memories!
