The house welcomes you with an open foyer, modern open-concept living area with 12 -foot ceilings decorated in an elegant, yet casual contemporary feel. The kitchen is stunning with white cabinetry, gray wall concept, quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and kitchenware. The dining room area is furnished with a table for 8 complete with all the glassware needed for entertaining.

The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, coffee table, rug, modern TV cabinet with ambient lighting, and a 65-inch flat LED screen tv.

Outdoor living space lanai offers a ceiling fan, comfortable conversational furniture, other dining table, lanai is equipped with powered screen to keep the bugs out or create cozy setup on a rainy evening. Picnic table, premium chaise lounge chairs covered with umbrellas or sip your favorite drink on the Adirondack chairs. No need to leave the pool deck for quick shower or to change as there is an outdoor shower pool/deck area. The outdoor area is well lighted and completely fenced in for utmost privacy.

The master suite is luxury at its finest decorated in romantic coral theme with a king size bed with 12” memory foam mattress, a 45-inch flat screen tv and his/her closets. The master bedroom provides direct access to pool deck for a morning stretch. The master bathroom has dual sinks with a walk in over-sized shower with a handheld shower head.

The second guest bedroom offers calming aqua theme with queen memory foam mattress. Third bedroom is furnished with two beds (sleeps 3 comfortably). Each bedroom is well equipped with all linens complete with sheets, blankets, & pillows.
This home has Vinyl floors throughout with hardwood flooring in the bedrooms. This home comes equipped with a laundry room front-loading washer and dryer along with a 2-car garage. This home is well equipped with all the necessary beach gear and 4 bicycles are provided for your convenience.
