Country Cottage

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming little property which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, live theatre and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, whether it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road.
Large living room with stone fireplace with gas insert. Beautiful dining area located next to the kitchen. Plenty of cabinetry and countertops for any cook. Prepare a home cooked meal in the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, and kitchenware. Split floor bedroom plan with master ensuite featuring a double vanity countertop and jetted tub/shower combo. This bathroom comes with a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and towels. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the house each featuring a queen bed and also a full-size bathroom. Thanks to the washer and dryer you can pack less clothes. Laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are a few amenities for our guest.

There is no smoking in the house or on the property. Pets are not allowed!

By far, this was the best value I have ever experienced with VRBO. The host thought of absolutely everything, right down to napkins, paper plates, and coffee. The home was beautifully decorated - the photos do not do it justice. The people in the neighborhood were so friendly. The countryside in Northern Indiana is so pretty. I cannot say enough about our wonderful week in Nappanee, IN.

We couldn’t have been happier with our rental experience and the cottage. Very peaceful setting and we had everything we needed and would have been happy just staying put, but we did take in a few hours of the Apple Festival. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

My sisters and I loved our stay at the country cottage. It’s a beautiful place so peaceful and quiet. We had such a wonderful time. The home is very well kept and you can tell they take good pride in it. We had everything there we needed and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we will definitely be going back again. Thank you for a Great stay!

Weekend getaway
We came to the area to visit the Amish stores and restaurants. The rental was immaculate and it must have been recently renovated as it was beautifullydecorated. The host thought of everything you couldhave forgotten! You could see their little touches throughout the home: toothbrush, toothpaste, kitchen towels. I mean everything! The yard was beautifully landscaped. It was a joy to sit outside, watching the buggies clop by. The pictures don't do the home justice, come and see it for yourself. Plus at the price point it is a steal. What a gem!

A Taste of the Gentle Life
Lovely cottage on a quiet road in Amish country surrounded by picturesque farms. We hiked during the day but in the evening sat on the porch swing and enjoyed the sounds of the country. Everything appeared brand new, bedding, linens etc. Fully stocked kitchen which we did not use much. Easy access to great grocery in Nappanee.

About 20min from Goshen, easy to get to and peaceful, clean place to rest during a busy graduation weekend. Communication was easy, hospitality off the charts, cleanliness on par with luxury hotels. Only regret is being graduation weekend, we won't have much of a need to visit again.

What a clean and lovely property. We were in for mother's funeral, and it was a quick weekend. The house was in a good county location close to Nappanee and all the places we needed to be. I grew up in Nappanee, and it was next to my childhood play ground (my sister-in-laws childhood home), riding horses,playing on the farm. Loved being there. only issue could not find first aid kit ( then we did in the master bathroom) maybe move it to more localized area. thank you Ranita, we will return....

Cozy property
We were on a girls weekend. Our goal was to spend most of our time in the house visiting with each other. The house and property was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room and the fireplace was amazing. Quiet country setting. The house had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home! Every amenity you will need!
Our first impression was amazing! Landscaping around the whole property is pretty and neat, flowers and ferns hanging on the front porch where we spent each morning sipping coffee and enjoying nature and the horse and buggies riding by. Great location, we were just off the Heritage Traill where we enjoyed the cute towns, shops, restaurants and wineries. Each of the towns had their own beautiful flowers as well as the Quilt Gardens along the trail. We had three bedrooms with beautiful furniture and a kitchen with all you need for your stay! We had a great time there and would highly recommend this spot with a host that is responsive and super nice!

We had a wonderful stay at the Country Cottage. The home was immaculate, spotlessly clean. Every need seemed to be anticipated. We lacked for nothing. The country setting is so quiet and calming. I highly recommend this restful, country getaway.
