Superbe duplex de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains, à 1,5 km du centre-ville historique de Franklin. À distance de marche du centre-ville, marché des producteurs le samedi à l'usine de Franklin, à quelques minutes de Cool Springs, des boutiques et des tonnes de restaurants et à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Nashville.

La maison a été entièrement rénovée l’automne dernier, avec de nouveaux lits confortables, des meubles de salon confortables, toutes les salles de bains rénovées, des appareils de cuisine et un grand patio couvert avec une cour arrière clôturée.
La maison est gérée par le propriétaire / la société de gestion immobilière.

Cette maison est située à seulement un kilomètre du centre-ville historique de Franklin, où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants fabuleux, une courte promenade dans le magnifique parc Pinkerton, en bas de la rue de Factory of Franklin pour le samedi matin, le marché des fermiers, des magasins uniques, des restaurants et de divertissement et à quelques minutes de Cool Springs pour de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et divertissements.

Accueil a été entièrement rénové à l'automne 2017. Cuisine moderne avec de nombreux placards, rangements et appareils en acier inoxydable. Wifi et câble, nouveaux lits confortables, tous les draps, serviettes, produits en papier - 1ère 2 rouleaux de papier toilette par salle de bain et 1 rouleau de serviettes en papier inclus dans votre séjour.

Laveuse et sécheuse sur place avec planche et fer à repasser pour votre commodité. Il y a un pack n play et chaise haute disponible aussi bien pour les familles avec des bébés.

Perfect family get away!
Our stay was wonderful! Me and my teenage sons were in town visiting family and this place was perfect! Cozy, nice fenced in back yard, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is stocked with many of the essentials and the beds were amazing!

Wonderful spot in Franklin!
We loved this spot! It was very clean and had a fenced in backyard for our doggo. The communication with the owners was great. The beds were super comfortable, we had everything we needed, and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great property in a perfect location
This property is a perfect place to stay in the Franklin area. It is close to everything you need. The kitchen is very functional and well provisioned. The backyard was great for our dog as well. We would definitely book this place next time we go back to the Nashville/Franklin area.

Highly Recommend
We were in for a wedding and this house was perfect for our weekend! Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. The fence in backyard and patio was a plus for our fur babies. We will def stay here again when coming to this area.

Comfortable stay in good location
We had five nights at 421 Eddy. Comfortable house, clean, plenty of storage, heating/AC easy to control. Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to downtown Franklin. For significant self catering the kitchen equipment in need of some augmentation (only one wine glass, for example), especially if fully occupied. But otherwise well equipped. The yard was rather unkempt and uninviting, with rather worn patio furniture (although at 90+ degrees during our stay this was not a problem for us). All in all a pleasant stay.

We visited Franklin for the first time for a family wedding. The place was a perfect place to stay for two of our families. The “friend ship path” or connecting gate in the back worked out perfect for kids and dogs. The location is also perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house & location!
Came for a concert and found a place where we'll stay over and over again. There were 3 of us (married couple plus daughter), so the 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms were perfect. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. There is a covered patio out back and the yard is completely fenced in with privacy fencing. Our tiny Morkie, Critter, had a blast in the yard. There is a large tree with squirrels, his mortal enemies! Great property! We will rent it again.

Wonderful weekend
Eddy was a great place to stay. Very quiet and well appointed. You can walk to downtown Franklin and downtown Nashville a quick drive away. Was perfect for us and our 2 lil dogs they had so much fun in the fenced backyard

Great property
An out of town friend was coming to visit me and she has a dog. I also have a dog who does not play nice with others so I decided to rent a place for her and I stayed with her. The backyard has a tall privacy fence and was great for her dog. There were a few holes that were covered by grass that could easily cause a twisted ankle. The yard was larger than expected and the landscaping company mowed on Monday of our visit. There was a nice large patio in the back with a large dining table. The patio had lighting. That was communicated to us. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Towels were on the new side and fluffy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a few cooking basics. I stayed in the front bedroom and was initially concerned about street noise because the house is a somewhat busy cut through in the city of Franklin. I knew this because I live in the area. I was not al all bothered by any noise or lights. The driveway is a HUGE concrete pad that takes the front yard, which could be fun for littles on bikes, roller blades, etc. Just thinking like a parent. The living area had a lot of seating, so I can see 6 people staying here but it might be a bit cramped. If you're not afraid to walk a far distance, you could walk to downtown Franklin where shops, restaurants are but there is a lack of sidewalks & I wouldn't walk on the road that the property is on. You could walk on front yards until you reach sidewalk at either end of road
