Girls Trip
There were 5 of us on this trip. We loved the condo. It was nice to have 3.5 bathrooms, so we could all get ready at the same time. We went to Broadway. It was a short Uber ride. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome property and location!
This is a beautiful property, exactly as advertised in the perfect location to easily get to all the major attractions in and around Nashville. Super easy to check in and out, clean, tons of space and the three bedrooms - all with en suites are perfect for a group of 6. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great experience.

Convenient Location & Quiet Stay
We had a great stay. I was traveling with family that came in from Germany. The property is conveniently located, with easy access to the interstate & a short drive to downtown. The 3-bedroom & 3-1/2 bath setup worked great for our group. The open kitchen, dining, & living space made it easy to spend time together, catch up, & relax when we weren't running around town. With a little TLC, this unit could be 10/10.

First off I'd like to know how a property booked through VRBO wound in a VACASA management unit? This property 505 H Wedgewood was the worst property we have stayed in! It was filthy, the chef kitchen had empty cabinets, the toilet seat in the master bedroom was held on by one screw. The satellite TV did not work, my husband had to figure out the issues with the garbage disposal, there were 8 plates and 6 bowls for a property that sleeps 8. VACASA only leaves starter packs for dishwasher and laundry 2 tablets each, if you need more you provide them. There were dead bugs on the stairs and in the master bedroom. The shower had mold. When I contacted the number listed I was told someone would come with additional dishes, they would send someone to address other issues. My reply was" we would not allow anybody in the unit while we were gone and we weren't going to hand around waiting for someone to come and address issues that should not have been there to start with. My complaints have fallen on deaf ears with people who only text. I have provided pictures to back up every issue and they respond with "sorry for the inconvenience" If booking a property through VRBO doesn't guarantee me the excellent service I am accustom to getting in all the previous properties we have stayed in I would hesitate to keep using VRBO. I paid way too much for a property that shouldn't be rented at all. This was very embarrassing to me, to have guest stay here.

Not as it seem
Good afternoon. I would like to start out by saying I was very very disappointed in the conditions of this property. It’s a beautiful property. The decor, the majority of the furnishings. However, the cleanliness of this property was very very disappointing! The dust was very thick throughout, crumbs under the sofa in the living area and large amounts of what appeared to be dog hair. There was also dog hair on the third level on the floor in the hallway and both bedrooms. The garbage bins underneath the bags were very dirty. We also had problems while going and coming entering the property using the codes and directions. It’s was time consuming and interfering with our time we set aside for our activities. We did however twice had to call and get assistance to get the key from the lock box. And trying to remember all the codes for all the extra issues. The picture in the upstairs master suite was noticeably crooked which made concern for a safe sleeping space. What was in appearance only a beautiful property turn out to be a hidden unclean mess. Also the living room couch was just filthy and these rugs in the bathrooms that are obviously rugs for doormats were very very filthy. I’m so sorry to report these things and could not give a more positive feedback but what I am most sorry about is the experience myself and the other guess had to endure.

The property Worked perfect for our needs. Close to airport, downtown and the wedding venue was the only place needed to be driven to. They have both pot coffee and k-cup option. Towels where some type of poly blend so not absorbant. I have a yukon xl truck and it fit in the garage.not enough towels to accommodate the 8 people. Geodis center is behind complex, so some traffic when an event happens. Dish drain tray needed so you can wash dishes as you go.

Layout was fantastic. Having bathrooms in every bedroom was great. Neighborhood was nice, right across from an elementary school, by the men’s soccer field but not with in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, ect. Cleaning crew missed a couple important areas, 2 of the 3 beds were noisy and only had 1 nightstand, the worse for a woman shampooing, conditioning and shaving in the shower was the terrible water pressure in the showers on the third floor.

This place was outstanding and had everything we needed. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. Location worked out well and was an easy drive downtown. Also the neighborhood was nice and very quiet inside. Would definitely recommend to others.

Overall it was a great place to stay, lots of room for the five of us. Great location as well. However, we did have an issue with the garage door lock not working. We got in touch with the host, and they responded to multiple messages saying they would send someone to fix it. However by the time we checked out they still had not come. A bit disconcerting.

Great location
This is a perfect location and is relatively new and in good shape. We never had to travel more than a few minutes and having the garage was wonderful! There’s plenty to of comfortable seating and the bedrooms are a nice size. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was due to some minor things that could easily be fixed. There was one hook for a towel in the master bath but no other towel bars or hooks for bath towels. There were only 8 plates and in a place that sleeps 8 that means you need to be prepared to hand wash or run the dishwasher every time you eat. Finally, the house was generally clean but when you pull out the couch to make it a bed there were a lot of crumbs in the couch and we found an old dirty sock and other trash under the couch. Again, these are all easily fixable and if attended to would make this one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in.

This had soooo much room for activities! We came to Nashville to visit family for the holidays and this gave us plenty of space for hanging out. It was close enough to walk to some of the local bars and close to Broadway as well!

Great Little Getaway
We really enjoyed staying here at this property. It was clean and a short Uber ride to Broadway and all the activities. We also learned upon our arrival that Geodis Park is right up the hill from the property so we ended up going to a Nashville SC game. This was a great place to stay. Definitely would book this property again.

Great spot away from downtown
Overall it was a great stay! Major pros: quick uber or drive to downtown, each room has an en-suite bathroom, rooms are pretty big and the beds were comfy. Downsides/cons: there isn't much within walking distance, the cleaners could have done a better job, and there were markings on the wall (likely from the previous party). We didn't spend much time there, so it was perfect for what we needed.

Missing Small Details
The place was nice as advertised. They could do more to provide simple things. For example, there were no hangers or places to dry clothes after washing them. Also, the furniture legs on some of the chairs were broken or missing "shoes" and the floor was very scratched up. The internet/direct tv is terrible. We had the wifi cut out on us many times and had to use our own hotspots. As a result of the wifi not having much range, the tv was spotty and we didn't get many of the HD channels. Also, there was only service for 4 people in the kitchen and there was a short coming of pots and pans to cook with. They could definitely provide at least service for each person the place can sleep.

great location and comfy
the condo was in a great location, easy to access the city and surrounding highways. next to the new stadium. large garage for parking. beds and living room furniture very comfy. the negatives; although the basic cleaning seemed to be acceptable the actual cleaning was less than that - the drawers had crumbs, the coffee machine had an old K cup inside, the light bulbs and fixtures were extremely dusty, the hardwood floors needed a good cleaning, the closets had a total of 3 hangers, there was no closet in the 2nd bedroom (used as an owner's closet) - these items we informed the management company about and they were responsive to our other issues as well. Other than the cleaning issue, we would stay at this condo again (as long as the cleaning was addressed) because of the comfort and location.

Everything about the facility was good, had two issues. The garage door code we were given did not work, so had to walk around the complex to get in the front door. Luckily the door code worked but only once. Once inside, closed the door and tried to enter again and it did not work. Had to reset the garage door code (I knew how to do that) and called Vacasa to get the front door code reset. The original door code worked for the back door the entire stay.

House was very nice! Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Convenient to downtown and Nissan stadium. Bigger than it looks! Enjoyed walking to Dicey’s Tavern.

Nice condo. Each bedroom had a full bath with a 1/2 bath on the main floor. It was a good location but not walkable to anything, and just 2 miles from Broadway. Only issue was the garage code had a few more digits, but got fixed with a quick text. Also the wi-fi code was incorrect but a text took care of that too. Only negative for us was two flights of stairs as this was a 3 story.
