Great for the price
We enjoyed our time staying at this property! The host was great to send a guide for our stay and it included plenty of recommendations about the area. During our stay at this property, we wished there were more bedding options and a bit larger closet space. We also wished for more local places to eat, but the Thai restaurant was good! Plan on Ubering a good amount if you don’t rent a car. It was within walking distance to the Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Overall, we had a great stay in Nashville.

This property is very nice with modern finishes and decor. Very comfortable. We had 4 people so the 3 bathrooms were appreciated. We are coffee drinkers so having that provided was great. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay clean and only 8-10 min from downtown. Unit is great for 4 people, we were a group of 6 a little tight , but overall a great place as we pretty much only slept and showered there because we were out doing activities for 15-16 hours daily.

Although the location is close to everything, it’s in a very sketchy neighborhood. My buddy’s driver side window got bashed out our first night. We didn’t feel safe walking around the area of this property. There were small holes in the wall on the main floor, one of the bed frames upstairs had bolts missing and, no trash can in the main floor bathroom.

Accessible and very clean...all thumbs up.....only concern is location...seemed to be some homeless folks walking around, but that seems to be the norm in Nashville...I will say that there WERE security cameras installed, so kudos to the owner......Awesome place and would def stay there again!

Modern but full of fruit flies
As advertised the unit was relatively new and modern. The listing states both beds are queen size - only one was. The amenities are a good walk from the unit. Our biggest issue with the property was the fruit flies - several garbage bins located behind the patio doors of this unit were overflowing from day 1- we opened the doors once and the rest of the week we fought the fruit flies inside . We were careful to remove our garbage daily and did not leave any dirty dishes or food out. Lastly, as mentioned in prior reviews- this place needs a thorough cleaning - walls , baseboards, doors and moldy shower curtain should be cleaned or replaced.

Great Unit Conveniently Located in Nashville
The unit was very modern and nice!! Access was easy and seamless, and we were minutes from everywhere we needed to be downtown and at other attractions. There were TV's in the living room, as well as both bedrooms. The two master suites were perfect for our group!. The bathroom towels were plentiful, soft and fluffy, and the double head shower was amazing!! Unfortunately, the shower niche was so slanted, it would not hold our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The toiletries provided were VERY SMALL!! The kitchen was well-appointed with nice dishes/glassware, cooking utensils, and cookware, but flatware was quite limited. There were also no hot mats and only one kitchen towel. The refrigerator was large, and we had all the ice we could have used. The single thermostat made it difficult to maintain comfortable temperatures on both levels. Also, the trash cans sitting next to the patio fence got a bit smelly by trash day. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Nashville!!

Great gathering place!
We had a small family and friends weekend get-together, and this was a perfect spot for it! Plenty of space for 10 of us to gather for an evening, as well as a great place for a few of us to stay. Very quiet, only heard the neighbors occasionally. The stairs are significant but we didn't mind them. Very convenient parking, it felt very safe. Walking distance from a great coffee shop. Well-appointed place throughout. The only concern was that it was a bit warmer upstairs than down, but that was manageable. We will definitely rent from them again!

Nashville Getaway
This place is perfect for two couples. The downstairs is roomy enough to hangout in after a day out on the town and we really loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean, quite, and only about a mile from bourbon street. This made ubering easy. We will most definitely use this team again. Thank you for making our trip so special!!
