Cutest place!
This studio style apartment is just outside of Nashville with a quick Uber drive. The setup is perfect for one or two people and they have everything you need. Casey is an excellent host and communicator. Everything was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

25th Anniversary trip
Loved the location and size of this studio condo! Communication with Casey was excellent. If you are younger and/or use to hills, it was an easy walk to/from all the downtown happenings. Being older and from flat Louisiana, we chose to drive the hills. A must see/do is The Listening Room Cafe 2 blocks over!! Discovered it our last day and wish we would have discovered it earlier in the week!

This was a perfect spot for our stay in Nashville within walking distance of broadway. The condo was safe and in a gated area which made us feel comfortable. It was as advertised. The host was great and responded quickly. It’s walkable to Broadway but it’s uphill coming back! The kitchen is nice. Sleeping arrangement isn’t the most comfortable. The complex felt safe overall.

Perfect accommodations
The place was exactly as listed with secure parking and all the amenities that would be required whether you’re staying for 1 night or 1 week. Walk to Broadway was easy with slight incline coming back but not difficult at all. Communications were great and overall a perfect place to stay when visiting downtown Nashville.

Wonderful Stay - Perfect Getaway!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had the best nights sleep after a night out on Broadway! The location was perfect for us—far enough away from the action for relaxation but close enough for a short walk to all the fun Nashville has to offer! Plenty of places to eat, drink, see live music, shop within walking distance. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made the process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already planning our return visit! Feel freespecific experience!

First time Nashville
We came to Nashville for the Chesney concert and planned our stay to include site seeing, listening to all the amazing bands. This property was a perfect location, our plan was to walk everywhere we planned to visit. It was a 15-20 walk to downtown and to Nissan Stadium. The unit was very clean,very comfortable. Washer and dryer very accessible. Communication with the Host was awesome. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again. Thank you so much!!

Our booking got misaligned we requested 2 days but only 1 day got book and we didn't notice until the day before the stay . I contacted the host Casey and asked if the room was available the next day and it wasn't. Overall Perfect!
We stayed here for a short trip to Nashville and the place was perfect and exactly what we needed. The walk was about 10 minutes to broadway and was very easy. The walk was not by any bad areas or anything. The location in itself was in a good area. There was a fire station across the street, however, the sirens and trucks didn’t bother us during our stay. The only two things were the towels did smell like smoke and the floor could use a good swiffer/mop, as our socks got dirty from the floor. Overall a clean place and good location! We would definitely stay again!

Great place in Nashville.
My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations while visiting Nashville for CMA Fest. Everything about this property was fantastic. Easy check in and out. Great area, it is a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The property host were amazing, they responded to our inquiries in a timely matter. We will definitely use this property again on our trips to Nashville.

Clean and responsive!
This was a great spot to stay! It was quiet but still a short walk to broadway! The place was clean and they even had some coffee options already set up in the place (which I personally loved). The host was responsive and always replied quickly if I had a question. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend staying here!
