Secluded and Modern Ocean view House

Recently renovated and has its own entrance! This beautiful luxury unit is located in a quiet and safe area on the western side of Nassau. We have a cottage available for two more persons. There is no stove like our cottage, however there is a big refrigerator and microwave/oven. There is a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub for relaxation. The unit has his own modern television and brand new computer that is connected to the television. This way you can search for anything you like and watch it on a big screen. There is no cable tv. The beach is very private and only 10 seconds away! The sea is beautiful, warm and perfect for a romantic escape!

This unit is completely renovated with beautiful grey tiles and has its own Air Conditioner. You will have a new fridge, microwave(oven combo) and coffee machine. There is also a queen size bed with a brand new mattress. This unit has a big LED television and modern computer that is connected with the tv. There is ethernet and wifi available, but no cable.

The unit is all yours! The property has a gate and you will receive a remote to open it. A rental car can be parked within the gates. You will have direct access to our private beach. There is also a BBQ available outside. Outside you may take the zero gravity chairs to any place you like. Feel free to walk around the property!

Just what I needed
This apartment has a lovely vibe and all the comfort I could possibly need. The property is right on the beach, and the owners are so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ll surely be back. Love it!

Perfect for a quiet vacay!
I went on a last minute trip, with the goal of relaxing on a beach, reading, and overall just taking it easy for a few days, and this place was perfect! It’s literally right on a beach, on the opposite side of Nassau to downtown and the resorts so it was secluded and quiet. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and helpful in making recommendations. I’m not a diver, and I’ve previously gotten pretty severely motion sick from snorkeling but Stuart’s Cove is basically across the street if that’s your thing! It was a great spot perfect for a solo traveler or a couple!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Elike and Jan are so welcoming and super helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He took care for us of having a car delivered on property. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is peaceful, away from the touristy areas and right on the beach.

I was so thrilled to find this online. The owners communicated really well with me in prep for the trip. One of them even picked me up from the airport and took me to a grocery store so I’d have everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The apartment is huge and we’ll equipped. I fell in love with the concrete tub. I’m a happy customer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Plum. It was clean, spacious, it had all the necessities required. The grounds are tropical with coconut palms, banana trees and various other trees. Jan the host is very knowledgeable about the flora, he will graciously open coconuts to enjoy fresh coconut water for you. The property is directly on the beach. We had the beach entirely to ourselves during our stay. The water was the the clearest I've ever seen, reflecting the prettiest blue colors! The snorkeling is top notch. We will absolutely be returning to this gem in paradise.

Perfect stay
I must say that Jan and Elike were the most caring hosts I've ever stayed with. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach right in front of the house. The place felt secluded, safe, and incredibly quiet, providing the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The house itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, it's important to note that a car is a must-have since there are no shops around the area. Having a car will allow you to explore the nearby attractions and ensure that you have access to groceries and other necessities during your stay. Overall, staying with Jan and Elike was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend their place for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.

Great place to relax
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here the last week of May. What stands out the most for us was how private it was. If that’s what you’re looking for, a place to escape from the chaos and slow down and enjoy peace and solitude, this is the place. The beach and water is what it’s all about. We enjoyed sitting out in the chairs they provide and drinking yummy adult drinks and just watching the clouds change shapes, boats go by out in the distance, watch the waves wash up on the shore. Snorkeling right in font of you offered views of multiple giant starfish, conch, and lots of smaller tropical fish. In the week we were there we figure we counted maybe 12 people we saw on the beach. That’s it! In between beach outings we enjoyed cooking our own meals with food we’d bought locally (hosts provided car for us at very reasonable rate). The TV setup was great for watching movies and catching up on shows we hadn’t had time to watch at home. Our host greeted us on the beach one afternoon with a coconut that had fallen from his tree. He cut it open, put in a straw, and we had fresh coconut water! They were sure to ask if there was ever anything we needed and tended to our few needs we did have. For the most part, though, this was just about a quiet retreat and a great place to spend time for a week as a couple. Enjoy your time and hold onto the memories you’re sure to have from here!

The property is exactly as described. Clean, modern and right on the beach. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The owner, Jan, lives on the property. He is super kind and friendly- available to assist. There is a car available for rent - which is essential if you want to see any other part of the island. There is a great dive shop right across the street. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent host and fantastic location
Excellent hosts who made our stay so convenient and easy. Close to the airport and they let us rent their car which was awesome for seeing a lot in a short amount of time. Elike and Yan are so welcoming and hospitable. Their backyard is literally the beach so you can’t get any closer than that! The VRBO is very clean and comfortable. It also has everything you need including a full sized fridge. We had a wonderful trip! Thanks so much!!

Great Spot for Divers!
Our suite was clean and efficient. The property owners were just great. Friendly and responsive and unlike some VRBO ads, they REALLY live on the property. The property is fully gated so we felt very safe. We came for diving and one could literally walk to Stuart Coves Dive Shop!

Tranquil private escape
Very clean modern and renovated unit, steps away from the beach. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. A car is a must, as the location is tucked away from the busy touristy areas and bus routes.
