The CAP DE ARAN D3 apartment is located in the Cap de Aran building, one of the constructions closest to the access of the Baqueira Beret ski resort, where you can take the cable car at the 1500-meter level by simply crossing the street.

This apartment, designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, is distributed over two levels and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the main floor, you enter directly into an open-concept space that integrates the living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an interior bedroom (without windows) equipped with two bunk beds.

The rental includes a ski locker in the same building. Additionally, this property offers a parking space in the Val de Ruda Urbanization, 5 minutes walk from the flat, thus facilitating the enjoyment of your ski days.

Highlights

During the summer of 2023, our design team SUENH - LUDERNA carried out a series of improvements in this residence: the bathrooms were renovated, the floor was changed, and the sofa in the living room was replaced.

All our accommodations are fully equipped and include hotel-quality bed and bath linens for your stay with us. For the comfort of your family: high-weight towels, "bath blanket" size for your showers, and always white duvet covers on all our beds.

Upon arrival, we will provide a small cleaning kit (cloth, sponge, dish soap) and a toiletry kit (small shampoo, gel, and soap bar), along with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

With our Guided Check-in program, you can access your house or apartment with complete freedom, always with the guarantee of a team that will take care of you before and during your stay with us.

In summer, in the months of July and August, whenever possible and weather permitting, free guided mountain excursions are organized to some of the most picturesque areas of the Aran Valley. The difficulty level of these excursions is low to medium.
