With beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from its decks, living space, and main bedroom suite, this gulf-front townhome offers the perfect setting for rest and relaxation in Northwest Florida. You'll wake up and go to sleep each day to the sights and sounds of emerald waves, playful dolphins, and shore birds coasting in the gulf breeze.

This three-level townhome begins on the ground floor, where you'll find ample parking, an outdoor shower to rinse you off as you return home from the beach, and a whimsical outdoor bar and picnic tables to host family lunches in the shade. As you enter the air-conditioned interior, you'll find the main living space on the second floor, including a gulf-front living room that connects to the furnished deck overlooking the beach. The remodeled kitchen features premium white cabinetry, Carrara marble countertops, professional-grade stainless steel appliances, and bonus tools that include a blender, drip coffee makers, and a mixer. There's a private washer/dryer on hand to take care of the swimsuits each evening, free WiFi throughout the house, and Smart HDTVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms (with a DVD player in the living room as well).

The main bedroom suite, located up on the third floor, provides the ultimate in relaxation, with a private gulf-front balcony and its own en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, respectively.

What's nearby:
This gulf-front townhome sits right on Navarre Beach, with a boardwalk that connects the house to the sand. It's an area known and loved for its beautiful and interesting seashells, as well as dolphins and rays that regularly cruise the shoreline. You can easily rent bikes, kayaks, jet skis, and boats nearby, or go fishing from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier - the longest fishing pier on the gulf coast - two miles east. Take a scenic drive along Gulf Islands National Seashore on your way to Pensacola Beach (15 miles west), or pay a visit to the lovely Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary (two miles east).

There is one outdoor-only security camera to monitor the home while it's unoccupied. It's located in the front garage area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
